Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is an angelic vibration healing system that gets the “issues out of your tissues.” This next generation energy therapy uses the energies of angels to release emotional and energetic patterns from the body’s cells. IET is an easy and gentle hands-on energy healing modality. Developed by Stevan Thayer, White Light Reiki Master and Interfaith Minister, IET is a heart-cantered energy therapy that works with the angelic vibration of love to support the process of releasing energy blockages at the cellular level and clearing limiting beliefs held in the soul’s energy field.
IET sessions are characterized by a sense of deep relaxation and stress relief. This enables individuals to feel more balanced and centered in their lives. The sessions also focus on addressing and releasing suppressed emotions, which helps to reduce mental and physical burdens. Additionally, IET practitioners work with specific integration points on the body that are associated with the primary human emotions and serve as a channel for the transmission of angelic energy.
The sessions help to energize and integrate core cellular memory blocks that are often the result of past traumas or experiences. The session also acknowledges the concept of karma and teaches techniques to facilitate the release of unwanted energies from the cellular level.
The Basic IET training class provides a thorough introduction to the IET energy and includes an attunement to the Basic IET energy ray that activates the first pair of your 12-strand Spiritual DNA. Participants will learn how to identify and clear energy blockages through a series of energy activations at each of the nine core cellular memory areas. You’ll also receive a guide with an introduction to Energy Anatomy and the Cellular Memory Map. Intermediate

It works on the nine energy centers in the body known as chakras to clear and balance them. It also works with the deeper levels of your soul to release deep suppressed emotions that hold you back. This healing system can be used on yourself, or as a therapeutic tool for clients.

It supports you in safely releasing the energetic patterns of the past, balancing and clearing your life in the present, and empowers you to reach for your dreams as you evolve into the future.
Each level of the Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) series contains an attunement that expands, realigns, and restructures one pair of your DNA. These attunements can only be given by a certified IET Master-Instructor.
The Basic Level IET class is a powerful day of self-healing and training that empowers you to clear energy blockages in your own system. It includes an attunement to the IET energy ray that activates your first DNA pair and will empower you to clear physical and emotional energy imprints in your cellular memory, leaving positive energy imprints in their place.
The Intermediate Level IET class builds on the techniques learned in the Basic Level and enables you to clear even more complex energy patterns from your system. You will learn the special Integrated Energy Therapy(r) pullout-release technique that allows you to easily attract and clear energy imprints from the human energy field. In addition, you will be attuned to the IET energy ray that activates the 3rd and 4th pairs of your DNA and provides you with the ability to clear mental and karmic energy imprints from the human energy field, allowing you to unlock your soul’s purpose. This attunement also teaches you to build Heartbeams to anchor angelic energy into the Earth, your home, and any other space where you want to create sacred and angelic space.
Advanced
If you are looking to expand your energy therapy skills, consider taking the advanced Integrated Energy Therapy training. This class is a powerful day of self-healing and energy therapy certification training. It will attune you to a power angelic energy ray that activates your 12-strand spiritual DNA and helps you learn how to heartlink to your Angels for healing. This class also teaches you how to identify and clear emotional blockages in your energy field at a soul level.
During an IET session, you will lie fully clothed and relaxed on a massage table while music plays softly in the background. The therapist will use gentle therapeutic touch and IET energy to clear your energy blocks and integrate cellular memory. The goal of this work is to help you heal your trauma without having to relive the events that created it.
Energy-based modalities are becoming more and more popular in psychotherapy. They offer a calming, body-centered experience and support emotional grounding, awareness and healing for clients struggling with anxiety, stress, or somatic symptoms. However, many people have misconceptions about these modalities and wonder whether they are effective or ethical.
While energy work is not a replacement for talk therapy, it can be an excellent complement to your mental health treatment. However, incorporating energy work into your treatment requires careful consideration and planning. Licensed clinicians should remain focused on their clinical expertise and use evidence-based practices when incorporating energy work into their practice.
In addition, energy work is not a “cure-all” or magic bullet, but rather a supplemental approach to helping you heal your trauma and find joy in life. While it may speed up insight or relieve some tension, true transformation requires time and commitment.
Energy work can be used by licensed professionals in a psychotherapy setting as long as they take the time to train in these modalities and ensure that they are integrating them in a way that respects the therapeutic relationship and ethical guidelines. This means that the therapist should provide clear disclosure of the modality and its limitations. At Blissful Evolution we offer both the Basic and Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy training. Both classes are wonderful for beginners who want to begin working with energy healing, as well as for practitioners looking to add a new technique to their sessions.
The Basic class introduces students to the energy of IET, cellular memory, and energy anatomy. It is a hands on, heart-centered approach that allows students to begin clearing limiting energetic and emotional patterns from their bodies and energy field right away.
Unlike some other energy therapy techniques, IET is safe for children and babies. During an IET session, the client lies fully clothed on a massage table and the practitioner applies gentle hand placements to areas of the body that are holding stagnant energy. The energy released from the body can be incredibly profound and is often quite moving. It is also unique in that whatever is brought up for clearing, it can be cleared immediately – there is no need to return to and relive the trauma.
After the Basic level, we recommend attending our Intermediate class to further expand on the basics of this powerful energy healing system. This class provides a deeper exploration of the IET energies, how they work together to support our bodies and life purpose. The class includes a special IET Heartlink technique that allows students to heartlink to the energy of angelic beings and to the higher frequencies of our 12-Strand DNA.
This class also includes a special Advanced IET energy attunement that unlocks the 4th pair (genetic soul profile) and 5th pair (soul cluster) of our 12-Strand DNA. This enables students to discover their soul’s mission and attract members of their soul’s cluster to help bring it alive.
