Kelly Research Technologies is a second-generation family business that has been producing radionic instruments for 46 years. The company’s founder has spent time living with the Amish, which has given him a unique perspective on what technology wants. He calls it the Technium. He says it wants more options, niches, and specializations.
Kelly Research Technologies Overview
A pharmaceutical manufacturing startup needed to quickly expand teams across multiple divisions to turn their industry-changing technology into reality and fulfill their mission. They partnered with Kelly Engineering to access the niche talent in clean tech they would need to grow from R&D stage, through proof of concept and funding, into early production. Kelly was able to deliver on their goals with a deep partnership that included contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and project services.
Kelly’s National Recruiting team was able to find candidates from an untapped pool with expertise in medical device, industrial machinery, and pharmaceutical production whose values aligned with the company. In six months, they placed 26 critical roles filling each position in 21 days on average. Kelly’s role also went beyond sourcing and hiring the candidates; they provided cost-saving solutions to maximize the startup’s grant-based budgets. Ultimately, the partnership helped them reach their goals of crossing the Series A finish line and producing their first vessels.
