Before trying anything else, double-check that your unit is properly connected (check with another lamp), has power (using a Digital Multi-Meter), and feels warm to touch (ideally this should happen after about an hour of usage). If this doesn&#8217;t happen then try different outlets or buy another transformer.<\/p>\n<p>Problem &#8211; Nothing happens when entering code into keypad.
