Examples of Energy Medicine

Each person possesses an energy field around them that can be harnessed to address imbalances and promote homeostasis in their bodies. Energy medicine techniques work with this subtle energy source to therapeutically treat imbalances and return the body back into balance.

Here are a few energy healing therapies you could try; but always check with your healthcare provider first before initiating any new treatments.

Acupuncture

Energy medicine may seem strange to some people, but it can help treat various conditions and complement other forms of treatment such as Western Medicine.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) employs acupuncture to restore equilibrium to one’s energy, also known as qi or chi. Practitioners believe this energy circulates along pathways called meridians; any disruption of this flow results in illness and practitioners believe stimulating specific acupuncture points, known as acupoints, will restore it.

Acupuncture is one of the oldest healing practices known. Its foundation lies in the belief that our bodies are filled with an invisible life-force known as qi or chi that makes up an essential element in health and disease, when this flow works properly you feel more healthy; when it doesn’t, illness increases.

Science backs up acupuncture’s claims that it can stimulate qi, or vital energy, through stimulation at certain acupoints. Acupuncture can prompt natural painkillers in the brain to be released more readily for relief.

When seeking acupuncture treatments, it’s essential that a licensed practitioner be chosen. Most states require them to complete an intensive education program and pass state licensing exams prior to practicing acupuncture.

As scientific communities become more accepting of energy healing techniques, these ancient modalities may become mainstream therapeutic tools. Researchers such as Hans Selye have convinced biomedical science of their effectiveness; clinical practice is beginning to embrace them too. For now though, energy healing should be seen as complementary therapy used alongside holistic modalities and traditional medical care.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient healing art based on the principle that certain zones or points on feet, hands and ears correspond with different areas of the body. Practitioners utilize these reflex areas to promote healing and relaxation – often used as stress relief as well as managing various health conditions like depression, migraines, arthritis, chronic fatigue and digestive issues.

Reflexology is a form of massage in which pressure is applied to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. Reflexologists believe these areas represent a map of your entire body. By stimulating them with pressure applied directly onto them, overall health improves as a result of Reflexology treatment.

Studies on reflexology are limited, but evidence suggests it may help relieve both pain and anxiety, reduce migraine headaches and help people sleep more soundly.

Instead of conventional medicine’s focus on diagnosing and treating physical symptoms, energy medicine seeks to assess the state of one’s energy system and promote wellness. Energy medicine shouldn’t replace traditional medical care; rather, it serves as an adjunct.

The main goal of Energy Medicine (EM) is to balance energy systems through vibrational resonance. A variety of techniques is discussed here, such as those targeting meridians and chakras, while providing a framework for understanding their subtle anatomy as well as exploring EM’s potential to address imbalances that cause disease or illness. They draw evidence from three sources – basic science research into EMF; subjective sensations experienced during sessions; as well as clairvoyant observations into human biofield dynamics.

Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an energy healing practice involving lightly placing one or both hands lightly over or slightly above the body, and following Eastern belief systems about an energy supporting natural healing mechanisms of our bodies. While no definitive evidence has shown it to work for any particular health purpose, studies suggest it could potentially help with pain reduction and anxiety reduction; in addition, cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment have begun receiving Reiki treatments to see if it boosts immune systems while decreasing side effects.

At a Reiki session, the practitioner moves through specific standard hand positions starting at either the head or feet, with some clients experiencing mild warming sensations or nothing at all but relaxation. A typical session typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes while keeping fully clothed client.

Practitioners typically discuss what their client hopes to gain from a Reiki session with each client, whether that is improving general wellness, treating specific illnesses or symptoms like pain, anxiety, nausea, fatigue and irritable bowel syndrome; or as an accompaniment for traditional or alternative treatments. It should be noted that Reiki should not be seen as an alternative form of medical care but as an effective complement.

Studies conducted between 2021-2025 demonstrated that patients who underwent six Reiki sessions reported increased quality of life and less fatigue compared to those receiving guided imagery only. Another 2021 cancer patient study demonstrated how Reiki could reduce pain and anxiety before heart surgery or endoscopy procedures; however, researchers in these studies noted their results were limited and of poor quality.

Healing Touch

Healing Touch and Therapeutic Touch utilize gentle touch techniques to cleanse, energize, and balance energy fields surrounding the body, supporting its natural ability to heal itself. Research suggests these energy therapies can effectively decrease pain and anxiety levels while simultaneously decreasing nausea/vomiting levels, relieving fatigue symptoms and improving measures of autonomic nervous system functioning such as heart rate and blood pressure levels.

Healing Touch and Therapeutic Touch are both grounded in the belief that free flow of energy is integral to health and healing, developed in the 1970s by Delores Krieger (RN, Professor of Nursing at NYU, energy healer Dora Kunz). Both practices represent modern interpretations of ancient laying-on-of-hands healing practices.

While modern medicine can be very effective at treating acute conditions, many of us also suffer from chronic issues, including persistent pain or feelings of disconnection and disempowerment. Energy healing provides a way to tap into our own innate healing potential and connect to inner wisdom for support.

Energy healing can help you feel at ease and more empowered to make changes in your life. Additionally, energy healing may also help manage any side effects from medications or other treatments that you are receiving.

There is a widespread misperception that in order to receive energy healing treatments, you need to be spiritual. This is simply not true. Everyone has an energetic body which needs balancing and caretaking on a regular basis. Certain energy healing modalities like Reiki can even be received remotely since energy transcends time and space; however, its effectiveness can be enhanced further if you focus on receiving healing energy with intention. Your intentions send a signal out into the universe that you intend on receiving healing energy through intention alone.

Light Therapy

People possess electromagnetic fields on both a macro- and micro-scale that have been described over millennia as mana, prana, chi, qi and other culturally specific terms. Energy healing therapies aim to access this field and bring it into balance through energy therapy techniques; potentially leading to healing.

These therapies may include acupuncture, PEMF therapy, polarity therapy, healing touch, Reiki and therapeutic touch to restore flow, balance and harmony to your body’s energies. Physical symptoms like stomachaches can provide insight into where imbalance exists but should not be the focus of treatment.

Light therapy (also known as phototherapy) has proven its efficacy for treating many conditions through artificial or natural lighting, including sleep/wake cycle disruption, improving mood and relieving pain from muscular-skeletal issues like back or neck problems. Furthermore, light therapy has also proven useful for managing seasonal affective disorder by increasing exposure to bright lights daily.

Another popular form of energy medicine uses plant extracts to treat health conditions. Practitioners believe these substances contain specific frequencies of energy which may aid healing. Energy modalities are not traditionally considered herbal remedies; however, many people utilize them instead or in addition to conventional medical treatments. Most energy therapies don’t cause side effects and don’t interfere with conventional healthcare services. Before embarking on energy therapies, people should consult with a physician. This is particularly important if taking prescription drugs or suffering from serious health conditions like cancer; to determine how energy therapies may interact with these conditions and potentially alter them further. A doctor may suggest seeking alternative forms of treatment such as traditional medicine should additional forms of help be needed.

UFC Commentator Joe Rogan Believes in Reverse Aging

UFC commentator Joe Rogan is famous for discussing conspiracy theories on his podcast, but one he may have believed in at one point was reverse aging. A recent study demonstrated it may be possible to cut 2.5 years off your biological age – an impressive feat!

Biomedical scientist Mark Gordon joins Rogan to discuss supplements, hormones, lifestyle factors like exercise that promote brain and body health while slowing aging effects – such as quercetin, DHA, glutathione, hormone replacement therapy.

1. Vitamin D

Vitamin D is widely acknowledged to be essential to overall wellness, yet many individuals remain deficient in its effects. Vitamin D regulates over 1000 genes that control inflammation reduction, serotonin production, brain health enhancement, cancer risk reduction and depression risk reduction among other benefits; Rogan takes 5000IU of Vitamin D each day as part of his wellness regime.

Quercetin helps support immune function; Magnesium improves muscle function and sleep; probiotics aid digestion; and NAD boosters support cellular energy production and combat aging. He uses Elysium Basis which offers monthly subscriptions containing nicotinamide riboside (NR), which the body converts into nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD), an essential cofactor in metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins as well as activating sirtuin genes to reduce oxidative stress.

Omega-3 fish oil supplements, to support both heart and brain health, are another key part of his regimen. He prefers high-grade versions without mercury or any other contaminants as he believes this essential fatty acid provides optimal nourishment.

Joe Rogan enjoys supplementing his diet with spirulina and chlorella superfood blend, an abundant source of minerals, vitamins and chlorophyll. He recommends Onnit’s product which offers four capsules of both varieties per serving.

Rogan and Young Jamie began taking intravenous NAD treatments at JRE studio once every week in March 2020, bypassing their digestive systems for 100% absorption – far superior to oral supplements – making the therapy more effective at helping both of them lose weight, increase energy levels and feel younger as they aged. While most find the procedure to be painless, some individuals may report discomfort from needle pricks during treatment.

3. Sleep

Joe Rogan and guest David Sinclair discuss the future of anti-aging treatments as treatable diseases. David Sinclair is a biologist, professor of genetics at Harvard, author, and longevity expert whose research and biotech companies focus on slowing aging. His biotech companies focus on lifting weights to enhance performance while raising testosterone levels; exercise and sleep are also discussed along with hyperbaric oxygen treatments and injectable NAD precursors as potential treatment methods.

Sleep has long been recognized for its restorative properties and potential in helping restore cells, countering biological aging processes. Unfortunately, studies have linked poor sleeping to various diseases linked to age. Therefore, this subfield of geroscience now includes research pertaining to sleep and aging.

5. Supplements

Joe Rogan includes supplements in his health and wellness routine for optimal brain health. The podcast host uses various nutrients to boost his memory, focus and overall brain functioning – while they also aid him in maintaining an active lifestyle which includes regular workouts, healthy diet choices and adequate rest.

Vitamin D

One of Rogan’s essential dietary supplements is Vitamin D, which he takes daily to support his immune system and elevate his mood. While a deficiency is quite common, regular supplementation with Pure Encapsulations Athletic Pure Pack provides optimal levels. Rogan recommends this all-in-one multivitamin because of its comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals as well as extra supplements like creatine for muscle support, Coenzyme Q10 energy booster, NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) detoxification aiding detoxification as well as EGCG from green tea extract which provides potency antioxidant protection from green tea extract.

Joe Rogan is an ardent supporter of Onnit’s cognitive enhancer Alpha BRAIN. This nootropic can improve memory, focus and mental performance; Rogan swears by it prior to each of his podcasts, UFC fight commentary or stand-up sets and claims it gives an immediate boost of concentration.

Fish Oil

Omega-3 Fish Oil is another staple in Rogan’s routine, taking 3 tablespoons of Carlson’s Super Omega-3 every day for cardiovascular, mental health, joint, and muscle recovery support.

Rogan also takes Vitamin B complex, an essential cellular health and metabolism nutrient; Glutathione, an antioxidant supporting liver detoxification; and curcumin for its anti-inflammatory properties. For freshwater algae sources of protein and vitamins and minerals such as Spirulina and Chlorella.

How to Start Biohacking

Biohacking is an informal DIY method of optimizing health and performance. While some practices of biohacking might sound futuristic or extreme – for instance tracking menstrual cycles or using cold/heat therapy – others are more mainstream.

Biohacking techniques that can help beginners start biohacking include keeping track of daily habits and making small adjustments that improve performance and energy levels, tracking progress with weight monitoring devices such as Fitbit or tracking your food intake to enhance energy. Other more advanced hacks may involve intermittent fasting or even implantable microchips.

1. Exercise

Exercise to accelerate metabolism, build muscle, reduce body fat, improve endurance and speed recovery is an integral component of biohacking strategies. But for maximum impact from your workout sessions, make sure your pre-workout nutrition and supplementation is optimized as well as making use of cryotherapy and infrared saunas as recovery tools.

Sleep is another essential biohack to achieving greater focus and resilience, so aim for quality restful slumber by cutting blue light at nighttime while increasing exposure to natural sunlight in the morning – this helps regulate your circadian rhythm while increasing serotonin. If stretching helps, try doing it before bed or sip some soothing tea such as chamomile for added relaxation.

Biohackers typically favor nutrient-dense meals tailored to their goals and lifestyle, such as more plant-based proteins than animal products, which contain all essential amino acids and have been associated with decreased risks of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Many biohackers also take nutritional supplements like omega-3 fish oils or magnesium for added support in their nutrition plan.

Other biohacking strategies include hormone-aware nutrition and training that takes into account women’s menstrual cycle (by increasing strength during follicular phase and resting during luteal phase) as well as temperature regulation to increase resilience and recovery (try taking a cold shower or running in cold weather to stimulate thermogenesis). Mindfulness practices can also be effective biohacking tools by helping reduce stress levels and enhance focus.

As biohacking, particularly more advanced techniques like DNA tests and wearable tech, can have significant costs and complexity associated with it, it is wise to consult a healthcare provider prior to undertaking more involved or intense biohacks.

2. Eat Right

Biohacking requires changing your diet to optimize performance and energy, with an emphasis on eating nutrient-dense foods to fuel your body, personalized nutrition based on genetic and biomarker testing, as well as avoiding processed food, excess salt and unhealthy snacks like sweets. Instead, biohacking diets promote eating whole food meals containing organic plant-based options with an emphasis on organic plant-based meals for best results. Biohackers must prioritize hydration while working to fill any nutritional gaps (iron or vitamin B12 deficiencies) within their diets.

Biohacking proponents believe our bodies are complex chemical machines, and fuel we consume plays an integral role in how our systems function. By optimizing nutrition, biohackers can enhance physical and mental performance while decreasing inflammation levels and slowing the aging process.

Step one of becoming a biohacker is identifying your health goals and setting clear, realistic expectations of yourself. Instead of following rigid regimens, optimizing lifestyle habits to feel healthier and more productive daily should be your aim.

Based on your goals, starting off by cutting back on processed foods like deli meats and packaged baked goods may help improve digestion while decreasing inflammation – both factors which have the power to decrease stress levels.

Experiment with different ratios of carbs, fats and proteins until you find an ideal combination for you. This is particularly important if you are vegan or vegetarian as this will ensure you’re receiving enough nutrition. To monitor progress you can track it by keeping a food journal or app record to identify trends or patterns – the more data collected the better equipped you’ll be to optimize your biohacking strategy!

3. Sleep

Biohacking marries science with self-experimentation to produce results. By optimizing nutrition, improving sleep or using mental techniques, biohackers focus on strengthening the body and diminishing its weaknesses while optimizing over normalizing. Their goal is to surpass their body’s current capabilities.

To achieve peak performance through biohacking, sleep should be your starting point. Without adequate rest, nothing else works properly and so tracking sleep metrics and developing consistent strategies to enhance rest can only help. Wearable devices may be useful to biohackers for tracking data, but this isn’t necessary for beginners. In fact, more invasive approaches tend to be less effective; there are plenty of evidence-backed solutions for optimizing sleep available to them. These strategies include setting a regular bedtime, optimizing both duration and quality of sleep, napping during the daytime hours, and engaging in physical activity in the evening. This will help maintain a healthy 24-hour rhythm for optimal health, supporting vital cellular repair processes necessary for longevity and wellbeing. This biohack is especially critical if you are in your 40s when subtle fluctuations in hormone levels and metabolism can have serious ramifications on energy, resilience and overall well-being.

4. Stay Hydrated

Biohacking relies on drinking enough of the right kind of water. By optimizing your hydration levels, you can increase athletic performance, boost energy and focus, speed healing times, support kidney health and even promote longevity.

As a beginner to biohacking, it’s best to start off slowly and make changes that fit easily into your daily life. This could include starting an exercise regimen, improving sleep quality and managing stress better or taking supplements such as Beta Glucan to strengthen immunity – the key is incorporating these changes consistently over time.

Monitoring your progress is also key to biohacking success. Maintaining a journal highlighting subjective experiences like mental sharpness and mood changes as well as energy levels can help determine whether your hacks are helping. Wearable tech provides real-time insight into your body’s physiological state.

Biohacking may evoke images from Black Mirror, with extreme examples that verge on science fiction (such as drinking bulletproof coffee containing caffeine, oil and butter to improve cognitive performance or transfusing younger blood in order to slow or reverse aging). But at its core, biohacking is simply about finding safe ways to optimize your biology for peak health and performance.

Many people attempt to optimise their water consumption through biohacking by experimenting with various ways of improving taste and absorption. Some add lemon, use filtered or spring water sources, or infuse their beverages with fruits and vegetables – the aim being optimal hydration during diet, exercise, and other biohacking practices.

5. Reduce Stress

Stress reduction is crucial to decreasing cortisol levels, building resilience, and adapting better to life’s daily physiological stresses. Biohackers utilize various tools such as meditation and neurofeedback practices, exercise, hot/cold therapies, supplements and sleep optimization techniques in their quest to decrease stress levels.

Biohackers often consider optimizing the microbiome – the ecosystem of bacteria, viruses and fungi found both within our guts and other parts of the body – one of their top priorities when it comes to optimizing immunity and overall health. Supplements often play an essential role in biohackers’ regimens for supporting specific functions like gut health or immunity function.

Biohacking‘s toolbox of solutions includes blood testing as an indispensable source of vital health data. Conducting bloodwork can reveal hormone levels, vitamin deficiencies, cholesterol levels and inflammation markers – giving you a comprehensive picture of your health which enables data-driven decisions about diet and lifestyle changes and their impact on the body.

Though “biohacking” might sound intimidating, its concept is simple: optimizing your biology to increase performance and feel more energetic. Many may unknowingly be practicing biohacking without even realizing it: from tracking blood sugar levels and taking cold plunges to using wearable technology to track sleep and recovery. Perhaps you are already making conscious choices that work for you as part of biohacking techniques without realizing it; for instance by limiting carb consumption or tracking hormone levels or adding mental exercises such as meditation into your routine – let’s see what comes next! We look forward to seeing what comes next!

The Dual Nature of Quantum Particles

Quantum healing is an innovative mind-body practice that utilizes visualization and intention to release emotional blocks that hinder health. With this unconventional method, invisible patterns such as self-doubt and fear can be broken free from within an instantaneous sense.

Create your intention, such as managing stress or reaching a specific healing goal. Imagine passing through an imaginary “quantum door” into an alternative reality where your desired result has already been achieved.

Subatomic Particles

Quantum healing employs principles of quantum physics to harness your mind and energy for holistic healing on all levels, using visualization, intention setting, energy alignment to address physical, emotional, spiritual and other forms of challenges – helping support your natural ability to heal.

At its core, quantum healing operates on the principle that particles are energy waves rather than solid structures, meaning your beliefs about life shape reality and create vibrational resonance between yourself and your environment. This resonated frequency can either attract illness and disease or repel it altogether – this forms the basis of vibrational medicine – an integral component of quantum healing.

Imagine yourself as healthy, happy and free from stress or pain to send the vibration through to your body and help break through emotional, mental and physical blocks that stop progress. That is why quantum healing practices like meditation, controlled breathing and visualizing positive outcomes can be so powerful.

Quantum healing‘s manifestation component leverages the law of attraction to make sure your thoughts, emotions and actions align with what you want to accomplish. It allows you to connect with yourself as part of an infinite universe where anything is possible.

Quantum healing offers many advantages, from reduced stress and anxiety, improved health and increased self-awareness, to becoming an example of Light and Love for those around you. By healing your own story and letting go of attachments that no longer serve you, quantum healing can inspire others to do the same – making it particularly valuable for healers, coaches, pastors, shamans and other service providers.

Once you reach your highest vibrational state, subatomic particles in your body radiate Light and Love into the universe, which then spreads throughout your sphere of influence, including people, animals and stories in its path. Quantum healing practitioners have even found ways to harness this energy to heal stories of those around them and create new coding that can be passed from soul to soul.

Quantum Entanglement

One of the strangest features of quantum mechanics is “quantum entanglement.” Entangled particles have an inextricable bond that exists even when separated by great distances; measuring one will instantly reveal information about both; although seemingly counterintuitive, experiments have proven this phenomenon and it plays an integral part of quantum computing.

Quantum entanglement provides a way to transfer information across space without using traditional channels like light or radio waves. As one example from NIST experiments shows, when scientists emitted photons using metal strips cooled to cryogenic temperatures as superconductors (meaning zero resistance to electricity flow), one strip lit up while the other switched off – just as predicted under quantum entanglement theory.

But the key discovery of this experiment was that when they measured one sock, they instantly knew its condition regardless of their distance apart. Albert Einstein famously discussed this phenomenon as “spooky action at a distance”.

Entanglement is at the core of quantum physics, creating seemingly counterintuitive effects that defy logic and enable scientists to use entangled photons for transmitting encryption keys that should remain theoretically secure against hackers.

Quantum entanglement has also been demonstrated to play an essential role in biological systems, including the development of the nervous system. Entanglement-like phenomena may explain why nerve activity can be coordinated across distances for complex behaviors like learning and memory – this happens because entangled neurons share a common quantum state, which can be transmitted over long distances through tunneling effects like quantum entanglement.

Observer Effect

The observer effect is an established principle which holds that observation changes an event or situation in some way, and has become widely utilized within quantum mechanics as well as across numerous fields ranging from sociology and psychology to computer science and electronics. Unfortunately, in physics it has not received as much consideration; perhaps due to a widespread misconception that it only applies to quantum objects rather than classical ones.

One of the most striking applications of the observer effect can be seen in Thomas Young’s famed experiment with light and double-slit screen in 1801. His experiment showed that particles (photons; fundamental units of electromagnetic energy) can show both wavelike and particle-like behavior depending on whether they are being observed by or not being observed; they behave like waves when not being watched while acting like particles when observed directly.

The observer effect explains why any attempt to measure which slit a particle passed through destroys its interference pattern and leads to it striking the screen directly behind one of the slits – as any measurement entangles particle with surroundings and causes wave function collapse, or fixity at one state.

The observer effect remains one of the more puzzling aspects of quantum theory, confounding scientists over 223 years since Thomas Young conducted his experiment. But its explanation lies within shifting our viewpoint: instead of seeing reality as something pre-existing our observations, we view it more as an ongoing process that needs interpretation to make sense of.

Wave-Particle Duality

Quantum particles are at the core of energy healing, which marries modern science with age-old practices to create a holistic approach to wellness. At its heart is the principle that everything – including your own body — is composed of energy.

Mind-body connections are also at the core of energy healing processes. Quantum healing relies on the belief that your thoughts, emotions and beliefs have an energetic effect on your body and that balance is possible by balancing energies – something the observer effect demonstrates can influence quantum outcomes.

As may have been expected, the concept of wave-particle duality can be counterintuitive. It indicates that physical entities such as light or electrons exhibit both wavelike and particlelike properties depending on experimental conditions – this led to early experiments which seemed inconsistent since light behaved like both waves and particles at times.

Isaac Newton advocated a particle model of light; Christiaan Huygens supported a wave description; his interference experiment in 1801 along with Thomas Young’s experiments supported this view. But Maxwell, Einstein and Planck introduced quantum mechanics in 1900 which revealed that light should also be considered a particle as it has momentum and transfers energy in discrete packets called photons.

These new discoveries led to a groundbreaking theory of matter: it describes matter as existing in a dense ocean of energy waves which continually fluctuate. David Bohm further expanded this theory, suggesting in 1924 that even particles, previously considered solid material objects, have wave-like characteristics.

One of the more surprising elements of quantum theory is its insistence that quantum particles can act both as waves and particles simultaneously, with particle pairs joining forces into an overall wave form. This phenomenon, known as “spooky action at a distance”, has profound ramifications for our conceptions of reality.

Quantum physics offers us many fascinating discoveries, one being how observation alone can cause quantum particles to behave as solid physical particles instead of mere probability waves – this discovery poses serious questions about reality itself, while also serving as the basis of quantum computing and encryption technologies.

Magnetic Resonance Therapy (MBST)

MeRT is an innovative therapy that utilizes technology to maximize brain functioning efficiently. Studies have demonstrated its success at improving PTSD symptoms by targeting specific regions of the brain affected by this disorder.

MeRT is a noninvasive, drug-free therapy that utilizes your qEEG data and delivers magnetic pulses at specific locations at exact frequencies to reshape brainwaves for optimal results.

What is MBST(r) Technology?

MBST technology uses similar principles as an MRI scanner; however, instead of producing an image it stimulates cell structures and re-energizes them to heal themselves naturally and without pain or side effects. Studies have shown its success at alleviating symptoms related to joint and back pain, osteoarthritis and bone damage; increasing bone density; and improving quality of life for those suffering with osteoporosis, fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome.

The treatment is founded on the understanding that the brain serves as the command center for the entire body, communicating and supporting all other systems via its nervous system and blood vessels. For treatment, patients sit comfortably while an experienced neuro-technician places small magnetic coils over specific parts of their head before providing magnetic pulses which produce electrical stimulation in specific areas of the brain – each electromagnetic impulse lasting six to eight seconds will be distributed during an 45-minute session.

After several sessions, your brainwaves will be assessed using a quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) brain map, to reveal irregular patterns and identify areas of dysfunction. The brain map data is then used to program your MeRT device to provide a personalized protocol that will assist your brain function as intended and rewire neural circuits where necessary.

MeRT has been proven to improve and restore brain health, enabling people to live the lives they wish. It can be applied to many neurological conditions including anxiety, depression and PTSD and is being studied as potential therapy for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases as well as improving recovery from traumatic brain injuries.

The results have been astounding: many individuals report significant improvements in their fibromyalgia symptoms and other health concerns have decreased or entirely disappeared. It has significantly shortened recovery time after surgery and helped improve quality-of-life for those suffering from osteoarthritis or fibromyalgia by undoing some of the damage done by their condition.

How is MBST(r) Technology Used?

MBST utilizes nuclear magnetic resonance, similar to that used for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), to biophysically stimulate cells to regenerate tissue healing in an area in need of repair. It’s noninvasive and pain free treatment has proven its efficacy for treating injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system across all age ranges.

Innovative therapy that specializes in relieving inflammation, increasing mobility and providing long-term solutions has proven its effectiveness for those living with arthritis, ligament, tendon or bone injuries, relieving their pain while returning them to daily activities without limitation.

Studies have demonstrated that MBST can increase the proliferation and viability of chondrocytes responsible for cartilage regeneration while stimulating osteoblasts that create bone. These processes may result in significant pain reduction for osteoarthritis patients as well as increased bone density for those living with osteoporosis.

MBST goes beyond encouraging regeneration to influence and modulate cell metabolism within each cell, helping reduce accumulations of toxins and free radicals within cells and thus prevent damage or premature aging of them.

Contrasting shockwave therapy, which uses pressure waves to draw blood flow to an injury site and has different theories as to its workings, MBST seeks to address the source of damage by regenerating damaged tissues rather than simply treating its symptoms.

Consistent use of MBST is important; for osteoarthritis or knee issues this might mean weekly treatments; other conditions, like fibromyalgia may require monthly sessions. Treatment sessions usually last from 30 minutes to one hour with research showing that an hour daily for several weeks yields optimal results, since cells need time to unwind so they can absorb energy more effectively.

What are the Benefits of MBST(r) Technology?

Magnetic resonance therapy goes beyond providing temporary relief; instead it targets the source of disease. By stimulating cellular function within damaged cartilage, bone, ligaments, tendon and muscle cells for repair and regeneration purposes, magnetic resonance therapy technology has proven itself successful in treating conditions like osteoarthritis, back pain as well as improving range of motion for athletes suffering from injury to their bones or muscles.

At each session, patients lie comfortably on a treatment table as their device generates magnetic resonance fields that stimulate organic tissue’s hydrogen protons to redirect attention away from damaged areas and toward healthy ones. The procedure is noninvasive and completely painless; many may feel warm or tingly sensations during this process; your therapist will adjust frequency and duration to meet your specific needs.

Magnetic resonance therapy (MRT) is a safe and effective method for relieving pain, reducing stress levels and improving overall health. Studies have revealed its ability to improve brain function; MRT is therefore used in treating autism spectrum disorder (ASD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) depression as well as other mental health conditions caused by imbalanced neuronal activity.

An important component of holistic medicine, personalized medicine addresses each patient’s individual biophysical characteristics. Many health care systems now embrace this form of healthcare provision.

As more research elucidates the mechanisms underlying magnetic resonance therapy, its popularity continues to expand as an option for those seeking relief for various ailments. Magnetic resonance therapy has proven itself safe and effective treatment option with few side effects – an ideal solution for chronic conditions or injuries recovery.

Magnetic resonance therapy (MRT) can also help treat issues caused by neurotransmitter imbalances, such as anxiety, insomnia and memory disorders. MRT helps reduce inflammation while simultaneously increasing energy and immunity levels – and can even help decrease symptoms associated with fibromyalgia – an illness which causes widespread pain in joints and muscles.

What are the Side Effects of MBST(r) Technology?

MBST uses very low level electromagnetic energy instead of strong magnetic fields to biophysically stimulate cell regeneration at a molecular level and is thus used to biophysically stimulate cartilage, bone and muscle regeneration without surgery, injections or medications – without side effects being reported either! Since 1998 worldwide treatments with over 2 Million hours administered without reported side effects.

During treatment, patients wear a cap fitted with three very strong coils which work like an MRI scanner but instead of producing images they put the energy back into the Cell to ‘charge it up’ and begin producing new tissue and rebuilding areas of injury and pain. Studies have proven MBST to reduce inflammation, increase bone density and speed up tissue repair and healing.

Accelerated healing may also facilitate and augment other treatments such as physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care and medication – sometimes delaying or even eliminating invasive surgeries such as knee or hip replacements – with potential benefits that outstrip them all.

MRI should not be performed if a patient has metal implants such as bullets, shrapnel or surgical clips such as pins, screws, plates or wire mesh as it could potentially cause allergic reactions in some individuals. TMS devices are much smaller and less expensive than their MRI counterparts as their pulses don’t produce magnetic fields and require no precautionary screening or screening measures before use; additionally they are much quieter so don’t present problems for individuals with claustrophobia or noise sensitivity issues.

TMS technology was initially developed during the 1980s based on discoveries that high-frequency radio pulses can create a magnetic resonance signal by deflecting nuclei of hydrogen atoms in water molecules from their normal rotational positions and deflection by magnetic fields, producing magnetic resonances signals with which TMS works to induce specific biological responses such as cell growth or water intake by tissues.
