Resonant Light Therapy

Resonant light therapy has gained international respect and renewed interest over the past ten years, as evidenced by numerous research studies reporting its successful treatment of various clinical conditions using therapeutic frequencies known as therapeutic resonance.

This study employed a randomized controlled trial design with an individually customized helmet equipped with 18 NIR light emitting diodes (eMethods in Supplement 2). Long-Lasting Laser Light Therapy significantly altered multiple diffusion tensor parameters during late subacute TBI symptoms.

Red Infrared

Light therapy uses specific wavelengths (red) to stimulate mitochondria, the energy center of cells. This causes an ATP production increase which in turn helps build muscle, burn fat and recover from exercise/pain more efficiently. Studies have proven this therapy’s success for conditions such as chronic joint pain, fibromyalgia and arthritis as well as inflammation due to sprains/aches/PTSD.

Red LED light therapy can play an essential role in skin rejuvenation by reducing fine lines and wrinkles, improving pigmentation, speeding healing time, and speeding recovery from wounds. According to a study published in Seminars in Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery, low-energy red and near-infrared LED photobiomodulation therapy was effective at decreasing inflammation responses, speeding wound healing time and increasing skin tissue repair rates.

Studies showing a decrease in pain from various chronic conditions also support red light therapy’s efficacy in helping with sleep and improving mood, making this form of treatment suitable for reducing anxiety, ADHD symptoms, Seasonal Affective Disorder symptoms as well as depression. Red light therapy is currently being researched as potential solutions for such ailments as depression, anxiety and Seasonal Affective Disorder.

People suffering from pain often find it difficult to sleep due to their condition, which can wreak further havoc on their health and lead to further issues. A lack of rest further compounding discomfort increases, creating an endless cycle that is hard to break. That is why the Resonant Light Machine was developed; so that patients might have hope of long-term relief that doesn’t mask symptoms but instead provides real hope of comfort relief.

Resonant light machines can help treat an array of health conditions by identifying their electromagnetic frequencies, and emitting waves to match. Electromagnetic fields then pass through hands or feet – giving more effective results from this technology than any other.

Therefore, the Resonant Light Machine has become a pioneering solution for managing pain and healing their bodies. Over the last several years its popularity has skyrocketed as more and more people look for natural ways to relieve their discomfort without resorting to prescription drugs with potentially adverse side effects.

Blue Infrared

People often think of light therapy in terms of 10,000-lux bright lights used for seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Though powerful, there’s much more to photobiomodulation than just red and near infrared wavelengths – blue is an especially potent light wavelength with many health advantages that can kill bacteria, molds and viruses while simultaneously increasing energy, resetting circadian rhythms and improving sleep quality.

One of the more well-known applications of blue LED light therapy is treating acne. This therapy works by targeting P. acnes bacteria directly, and stimulating them to release photosensitizer. This makes them very sensitive to specific wavelengths of light, leading them to die off more rapidly resulting in reduced breakouts and inflammation.

Blue light therapy can also benefit newborns by rapidly decreasing bilirubin levels in their bloodstreams. Babies born without enzymes to break down bilirubin have elevated levels that need to be reduced quickly – blue light therapy provides this benefit quickly.

Blue light can also release nitric oxide, widening blood vessels to allow more oxygen-rich blood into the body, thus decreasing inflammation and hastening the healing process for tissues. Nitric oxide is also an extremely potent anti-inflammatory for chronic conditions like arthritis or joint pain.

Blue light therapy’s primary benefit lies in stimulating cellular metabolism and producing collagen, helping reduce fine lines and wrinkles while improving skin elasticity and tone; furthermore, blue light can also help combat sunspots or hyper pigmentation issues.

As previously discussed, red and near infrared light energy penetrates tissues more deeply than blue light does, making it ideal for targeting muscles, nerves and bones of the body. This type of therapy can be used to relieve pain from overuse injuries or serious trauma, speed up healing after an accident or surgery and decrease inflammation from conditions like fibromyalgia or arthritis.

Green Infrared

Green LED light therapy has demonstrated promising results in treating migraines, an illness affecting 39 million Americans and capable of inflicting considerable pain and leading to lost productivity. According to research published in Cephalalgia in 2020, exposure of migraine patients to green LED light led to less frequent and milder headaches, as well as enhanced medication efficacy than before.

Resonant light therapy‘s advantages may be tempting, yet it must be approached with caution. Like other forms of light therapy, certain frequencies of LED lighting pose health risks that could harm skin or eyes; thus it is recommended to only use professionally built and tested resonant light machines.

LED (light-emitting diode) technology has quickly become the go-to standard in smartphones, TV screens and wellness therapies alike. LED devices produce both visible and infrared light; visible light can range in colors such as red, blue, infrared and green while infrared light penetrates deeper into body tissues than visible light and can stimulate cells for natural healing and metabolism boosting purposes.

As for green infrared lighting, this therapy penetrates deep layers of your body and has proven beneficial to both brain and muscles. Studies have demonstrated its effect on stimulating production of endorphins – natural opioid-like chemicals produced by your body that help to reduce inflammation and relieve chronic pain.

Infrared light therapy has also proven useful in relieving joint and muscle injuries by decreasing inflammation and increasing blood flow, and studies have even indicated it can benefit mental health by helping reduce depression and anxiety.

Green infrared light works similarly to red infrared in that it can reach deep into your cells and interact with mitochondria to support natural cell function, while simultaneously having anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties by activating endorphin release, acting like natural painkillers of your body and relieving chronic discomfort such as low back or muscle injuries. For these reasons it can be particularly useful in treating areas that don’t correspond directly with vision such as low back or muscle injuries.

Yellow Infrared

Light therapy has grown increasingly popular due to its effectiveness, affordability and simplicity. It offers an alternative to more invasive procedures which can be costly and traumatic to the skin; plus it can prevent or treat numerous skin conditions and issues.

Light therapy’s different colors each have their own impact on our bodies. Red light therapy, for instance, stimulates collagen production while simultaneously reducing fine lines and wrinkles and improving skin tone and texture. Blue light therapy targets acne-causing bacteria while soothing irritated skin; green light therapy brightens dull complexions while evening out skin tones; yellow light therapy reduces redness while soothing inflammation.

Yellow wavelengths have been proven to stimulate red blood cell production and speed wound healing, making yellow light therapy especially useful in treating conditions related to redness like rosacea. Furthermore, yellow light therapy improves skin clarity and texture as well as providing skin clarity treatment; its shallow penetration level makes this light suitable for those with sensitive skin.

Orange light therapy has not been extensively researched for therapeutic uses, yet may improve skin hydration and boost cellular energy to some degree. Furthermore, orange light can boost circulation while flushing toxins out of the body; however, red or amber lighting has proven more effective at reducing redness and inflammation than its orange counterpart.

Light therapy machines typically feature LEDs of different hues, and yellow/amber/orange LEDs are often included because their wavelengths are less likely to cause irritation and produce the best results from all available colours of light therapy. One such portable handheld device, Hooga Yellow Light handheld device is an example. This portable and lightweight handheld device includes 12 yellow LED bulbs as well as socket with braided cord and power switch – everything needed for effective yellow light therapy treatment at home! Easily used and affordable professional treatments may not always provide effective results, making yellow light therapy an easy option that’s affordable yet effective option!
