Frequency Name: To make searching and finding specific frequencies easier when working with multiple programs, enter frequency names separated by commas in this box. Names should be descriptive yet easy to remember so as not to be forgotten quickly.
Default Duration (in seconds) for frequencies you create: This setting serves as a helpful starting point to help determine how long they should run for.
