Biohacking – A Closer Look

Biohacking is a DIY approach to improving health and performance through lifestyle modifications, supplements and wearable technologies.

This study explores how DIY biohacking movement is conceptualised on social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, including implications for healthcare safety and interactions between supplements and medical treatments. It highlights practices which could potentially cause harm and highlights the need for an expanded definition of biohacking.

What is biohacking?

Biohacking has rapidly gained in popularity as a health lifestyle trend that promises increased endurance and memory enhancement, yet what percentage is science versus snake oil? Analyzing this emerging trend closely can help individuals separate fact from fiction and focus on what truly enhances their health, wellness, and performance.

Biohacking seeks to enhance physical or mental wellbeing through changes to diet, exercise, sleep patterns and diagnostics. This self-experimental approach goes beyond traditional medicine which often waits until symptoms present before running tests and prescribing treatment plans; biohackers instead utilize proactive diagnostic tools like full body scans and genetic analysis that identify potential issues before they become serious.

Biohacking techniques can be controversial, and one subset of biohackers known as grinders (sometimes referred to as cyborgs) seeks to customize their bodies exactly how they want them. This extreme form of biohacking involves chemical injections, implants and other experimental technology; examples include tragus implants that allow users to open doors or receive payments as well as NFC chips placed into fingers and ears for use as wearable headphones.

Biohacking has quickly become a trending practice by optimizing everyday habits and routines to enhance health, such as using cold therapy to increase immunity or prioritizing quality sleep and stress relief through yoga or meditation. Other popular biohacks include light therapy to regulate circadian rhythms or using blue light blocking glasses along with tracking devices for sleep tracking purposes.

Biohacking has become an online phenomenon on social media and podcast feeds, where it promotes a lifestyle of productivity and optimization that may be detrimental to long-term health. Furthermore, extreme fasting or restrictive dieting could contribute to hormonal imbalances, digestive disorders and eating disorders – creating even greater potential danger.

To minimize these risks, individuals looking to experiment with biohacking should start slowly and monitor their progress. Too many changes at once may overwhelm the body, making it hard to ascertain which tweaks actually work. Furthermore, people should consult a healthcare provider prior to undertaking more intense biohacks such as injecting themselves with gene editing tools or receiving an implanted tragus stud.

Biohacking for health

Many people turn to the internet for health advice, yet it can be challenging to sort through what is real from what is not. Biohacking, an emerging trend that takes an proactive approach to wellness by optimizing nutrition, exercise and diagnostics; some methods may be experimental; however most techniques — including improved diets, sleep patterns and nootropics — have been extensively researched and proven beneficial.

Alongside traditional biohacking practices, biohackers also employ high-tech tools that allow them to monitor and optimize their health. Through apps and wearable devices such as heart rate variability monitors or glucose level meters, biohackers can measure these metrics in order to make informed decisions regarding diet, exercise, sleep patterns and wellness – ultimately leading to greater effectiveness as well as an improved relationship with their bodies.

Biohacking practices that support gut health have long been recognized for improving overall wellness and immune functioning. Consuming probiotics and prebiotics allows biohackers to foster the creation of a balanced microbiome and strengthen immunity; in turn, biohackers may experience improved energy levels, mood and reduced inflammation or autoimmune disease as a result.

Biohacking entails optimizing the body’s natural processes through regular exercise and nutritional supplementation, such as high-intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT in particular stimulates an afterburn effect that keeps calories burning even after you finish exercising; this helps with fat loss and cardiovascular health improvements, while it may even promote neurogenesis and cognitive enhancement, making HIIT an important tool in biohackers’ quest for peak human performance.

Biohacking may seem intimidating, but it’s actually a powerful way to take charge of your health without waiting until there’s an emergency. Mix and match some of these hacks — like taking an early morning stroll through Balboa Park followed by breakfast at Parakeet Cafe — until you find what works for you. When conducting any experiments on yourself involving implants or more intensive techniques (like body piercing), always seek professional guidance first as self-experimentation may lead to unexpected side effects.

Biohacking for fun

Biohacking can also be explored through experimentation; you should try different hacks and techniques until you find those which help improve your wellbeing the most. If adding certain supplements helps increase energy, improve sleep or make workouts more efficient, why not give them a try? Just be sure they are supported by research or approved by health professionals as being safe for you to try!

People frequently swear by heart rate variability training, which involves using technology to recognize and alleviate stress. Some biohackers also employ inversion therapy – hanging upside down to increase circulation to your brain and muscles – although its evidence base remains limited. Therefore, before trying out any social media-inspired trends like these or any supplement or device being promoted on social media sites such as social media. Always consult a qualified physician beforehand.

Important to keep in mind is the potential dangers associated with more extreme forms of biohacking, like Silicon Valley tech executives tracking their ketones levels and body composition on a daily basis, increasing the risks for mineral deficiencies as well as possible orthorexia-inducing behaviours.

If you want to experiment with fun hacks to see their impact on your wellbeing, start small. Simply incorporating simple wellness habits such as meditation or mindful walking barefoot in nature into your routine can have immediate benefits; cultivating supportive social ties has also been linked with longevity and healthy eating behaviors so why not spend some time engaging in activities with friends?

Biohacking involves avoiding foods and practices that could damage your health, such as supplements and gadgets that claim to improve it. Unfortunately, doing this on your own could result in vitamin deficiencies, mineral imbalances or organ failure; so always seek medical advice first before trying anything yourself.

Biohacking for education

Biohacking for education is an emerging trend designed to help students perform better in school. It involves making small lifestyle changes that improve brain function, focus and energy levels as well as optimizing diet and exercise regimes, prioritising sleep patterns and practicing mindfulness techniques. Many schools such as BGS Vijnatham are adopting such wellness strategies into their curriculum in order to keep students healthy and focused in class and enable them to excel both academically and professionally.

Biohacking may seem harmless enough, but other forms of it could prove fatal if done incorrectly. For instance, injecting oneself with homemade cures for herpes or HIV can be both risky and deadly; such DIY solutions don’t compare well to professional care as far as effectiveness is concerned; furthermore they may even prove harmful if taken by people with weak immune systems.

However, biohacking has gained increasing support among those seeking to enhance their health. Biohacking is a form of citizen science involving self-experimentation using various biotech tools such as DNA synthesis kits. Also referred to as do-it-yourself biology or wetware hacking, its roots lie with San Francisco’s SuperHappyDevHouse hacker meetup in 2005 before expanding further with community biology labs like Genspace in Oakland California and BioCurious Seattle Washington.

Biohackers may conduct their experiments privately. These biohackers often utilize full-body scans, bloodwork and genetic testing to detect risks before symptoms appear – an approach different than traditional medicine which waits until after a person has experienced discomfort before starting tests.

Biohacking may seem complicated, but its results can be immense if done properly. Biohacking may even help prevent diseases or illnesses from emerging altogether. Before undertaking any biohacking experiments it is wise to consult a physician first and periodically monitor one’s progress with regular blood tests that show whether any supplements or changes to diet are working effectively – for instance one could track one’s vitamin B12 levels to assess whether taking enough is optimal cognitive health.

A Jellyfish With Reverse Aging Capabilities

Many jellyfish follow an predictable lifecycle from birth through reproduction and death; however, one species, Mnemiopsis leidyi comb jelly, appears to defy this linear principle.

Mnemiopsis leidyi can reverse its lifecycle in captivity by returning to polyp stage from any point during medusa phase, effectively living forever. This trick allows it to navigate ocean crossings by riding ballast water from ships.

The Immortal Jellyfish

Scientists have recently discovered an incredible hydrozoan known as the immortal jellyfish which defies biology and can actually reverse its own growth and development, going through reverse puberty from adult medusa back into an infant polyp. This allows it to repeat its lifecycle indefinitely – effectively living forever!

While most animals age in one direction, certain species such as Turritopsis dohrnii (the immortal jellyfish) and Mnemiopsis leidyi (comb jellyfish) have discovered ways to break this trend. These include immortal jellyfish such as Turritopsis dohrnii (Turritopsis dohrnii).

Jellyfish are one of the world’s most widespread invertebrates, comprising over 750 known species. Renowned for their mesmerizing bell-like bells, sting-filled tentacles, and transparent gelatinous bodies, jellyfish are beloved aquatic inhabitants known for their mesmerising bell-like bells, sting-filled tentacles, and clear gelatinous bodies. Most jellyfish begin life as tiny planula larvae that settle onto sea floors or ship hulls where colonies of polyps form colonies before sexual maturity occurs and then finally buds into mobile jellyfish-like medusae which may drift throughout the ocean until eventually the medusae die off leaving behind another polyp which continues its cycle – leaving another polyp that can continue the cycle anew.

Researchers from Norway’s University of Bergen were shocked to find a baby polyp in an aquarium meant to house adult comb jellyfish; upon closer examination they realized it had reverted back into its baby polyp stage despite having reached adulthood. This unexpected discovery published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences suggests that certain species can cheat death by changing its biological clock and defying aging by going backward.

To test their theory, scientists exposed comb jellyfish to several stressors – prolonged starvation and physical injury via “lobectomy”, or cutting of adult lobes). After testing six individuals under both types of stressors, they discovered that each could revert back into its baby polyp stage using either treatment option.

Researchers aim to understand the cellular mechanisms behind this extraordinary phenomenon that has earned immortal jellyfish the title of “immortal”. Additionally, they would like to learn if similar processes can be applied to other jellyfish and species with an ultimate aim of increasing human lifespans.

Turritopsis dohrnii

Biology dictates that most organisms abide by a lifecycle consisting of birth, aging and death – yet some manage to defy this pattern. One such creature is Turritopsis dohrnii jellyfish; an immortal species capable of changing between its polyp and medusa stages through transdifferentiation; it’s like watching a butterfly transform back into its larval stage before changing back again into its butterfly form on an enormous scale!

Scientists have observed that this ability enables immortal jellyfish to avoid death and restart their lives when stressed, such as when starved or its temperature or salinity changes suddenly; when injured; or starving. When stressed, these animals drop to the ocean floor where their cells transform into cysts before eventually growing back into medusas or polyps and starting the cycle all over again.

Miglietta emphasizes that jellyfish with this unique ability make an excellent model for studying systemic senescence and regeneration, since their cysts serve not only as models of medusae stages but also the genetic processes involved in transitions between the medusa stage and polyp stage. Early data indicate that immortal jellyfish revert back into polyp form by expressing genes from sirtuin family linked with healthy longevity in humans as well as having active heat shock proteins known to counteract telomere shortening.

Turritopsis dohrnii’s ability to change back to its polyp stage when under stress is both fascinating and expected. Other species, including close relatives of Turritopsis dohrnii such as Mnemiopsis leidyi comb jelly species have shown that when stressed they can switch from their mature “lobate” state back into an earlier larval form reverting back into early larval stages revert back into this early state revert back into polyp formation reverting back from mature “lobate” state back into early larval stage!

Future learning from these two organisms on how to reverse aging could provide invaluable lessons. There have already been encouraging signs; immortal jellyfish have genes which may prevent telomere degradation while both organisms express numerous genes associated with anti-ageing properties of stress.

Mnemiopsis leidyi

Mnemiopsis leidyi, commonly known as the sea walnut, has proven to have devastating impacts on ecosystems it invades. Competing with native fish species for food sources and potentially leading to local ecosystem collapse. First observed in the Black Sea during the 1980s and now found throughout western Eurasia via ship ballast water transport, Mnemiopsis leidyi can now be found across much of western Eurasia.

Joan Soto-Angel of Norway’s University of Bergen and Pawel Burkhardt have discovered that Mnemiopsis leidyi is unique among aquatic organisms in that it can revert back to an earlier stage in its lifecycle after reaching adult status, providing flexibility not often seen within animal species. Under stressful conditions, this may prove especially helpful.

Researchers observed that Mnemiopsis leidyi could easily transform back to its larval form with two tentacles used to capture food. Mnemiopsis leidyi exposed to high levels of stress such as starvation developed more quickly into its larval state than non-stressed jellies.

Six Mnemiopsis leidyi injected with DiI dissolved in soybean oil underwent full reverse development within 15 days, while uninjected jellies took seven weeks. DiI injection stimulated their reverse development by increasing levels of the protein known as cyclin B which promotes cell division and growth.

Scientists believe Mnemiopsis leidyi’s ability to reverse its aging may be related to its production of cyclin B, an enzyme responsible for cell division regulation. By understanding what triggers its reverse cellular process, scientists hope they may be able to replicate this process in other marine organisms to increase survival rates and ensure continued aquatic ecosystem health.

This research expands our understanding of developmental flexibility in ctenophores and establishes Mnemiopsis leidyi as an invaluable model system to study its molecular mechanisms that regulate growth. It would be fascinating to witness if other organisms such as humans could replicate similar forms of development.

How it works

Researchers have solved the riddle behind an astonishing jellyfish species known as Mnemiopsis leidyi, which defies nature’s usual aging process by turning back time after sexual maturity. After sexual maturation, Mnemiopsis leidyi can skip its larval stage altogether and start life all over again as a polyp, similar to how butterflies often transition back from caterpillar to butterfly form after mating. This remarkable feat earned Mnemiopsis leidyi the moniker “Benjamin Button jelly,” yet researchers weren’t sure how this remarkable feat could work until now.

Other jellyfish species can morph back into polyp form once or twice after sexual reproduction, while T. dohrnii appears to do this time after time after sexual reproduction. To understand what sets T. dohrnii apart, scientists conducted comparisons between it and another similar jellyfish that normally ages; researchers discovered that immortal species has double the number of genes involved with DNA repair and protection, according to New Scientist; these may help the animal thwart death by switching into its polyp form again after death occurs.

Polyp stages, which reach full maturity when they reach smaller than your pinky nail when fully grown, can develop into adult medusae or umbrella-shaped jellyfish that swim around and mate to produce more eggs. But if one is injured or stressed during adulthood, its polyp stage could revert back into its butterfly form without going through another metamorphosis into caterpillar stage first – like butterflies can go back into butterfly mode without going through another transformation stage like caterpillar to butterfly transformation.

A polyp may revert back into an adult jellyfish as often as desired, though there may be risks involved in doing so. For instance, too long as an adult could expose itself to predators and diseases; fortunately the immortal jellyfish has other survival strategies at its disposal as well – sucking water from surrounding seas for replenishing nutrition or accepting an attack from another jellyfish to restore vitality and vitality.

Scientists hope that with their new knowledge, scientists could one day develop drugs to mimic the immortal jellyfish’s incredible regeneration capabilities; but for now, their team of researchers are focused on understanding more about how this incredible species reverses aging so as to better promote human health.

Rife Therapy For Lyme Disease

Lyme disease is one of the most prevalent vector-borne illnesses and often doesn’t respond well to standard antibiotic treatments. But electromagnetic frequencies may provide a potential way to curb this bacterium’s spread.

Researchers believe frequencies could target these pathways and disrupt them to eradicate Lyme disease-causing Borrelia burgdorferi bacterium and tumor cells alike.

Rife Therapy

Rife Therapy has proven invaluable for those suffering from Lyme disease or other tick-borne infections, offering relief and aiding the body in healing. This type of therapy involves placing electrical pads on hands or feet connected to a machine emitting low-energy waves; this allows Rife frequencies to penetrate your skin without harming healthy cells; each disease has its own electromagnetic frequency that the Rife machine finds and delivers an impulse at that specific frequency level to kill it off.

Royal Raymond Rife first proposed this alternative treatment method in the early 1900s; however, the American Medical Association soon discredited his claims and ridiculed him during his lifetime. But Rife did discover that cancer and other diseases could be treated using electromagnetic frequencies and his machines. Furthermore, he invented special microscopes and prisms which allow him to observe germs; his devices vibrated or “burst” away their covering, killing any viable germs that they detected.

Researchers from the New England Vector-borne Encephalomyelitis Center (NEWVEC), at University of Massachusetts Amherst, recently conducted an investigation and discovered that both cancer cells and Borrelia burgdorferi, the bacteria responsible for Lyme disease, rely heavily on glycolysis to propagate. Lactate dehydrogenase helps break down glucose; inhibiting this enzyme stops glycolysis from taking place thus killing cancer cells or stopping further spread by bacteria.

Researchers were able to replicate their findings both in laboratory experiments and mouse models, and are presently exploring whether this approach could be used for human patients as treatment. Their research is published in Pathogens journal.

Studies are encouraging, yet it is important to remember that some patients continue to be affected even after receiving standard antibiotic therapy. A 2022 research paper published by our Center revealed that even after early diagnosis and 21 days of antibiotic treatment, 14% still develop Post Treatment Lyme Disease (PTLD), which includes severe fatigue, joint pain and cognitive deficits.

Many patients with PTLD are taking herbal and prescription intracellular antibiotics to kill bacteria in their cells. However, these antibiotics should be taken carefully as they can lead to Clostridium Difficile syndrome – our research is dedicated to understanding why some people are more prone to develop PTLD than others, and improving diagnosis processes to achieve greater health outcomes.

Rife Frequencies

Rife frequencies are low-energy electromagnetic waves that target disease without harming healthy cells, similar to ultrasound used during fetal exams but significantly less intense. Patients apply electrical pads on their feet or hands and connect briefly to our Rife Specialist Machine several times each week; our specialist will assist in developing your treatment plan and oversee its implementation.

Named for Royal Raymond Rife, who pioneered universal microscope technology that allowed for unprecedented visualization of microbes never seen before, the Rife machine is an experimental electrotherapy device believed to target specific microorganisms with specific frequencies. He theorized that each organism had its own electromagnetic frequency that his device could tap into to disrupt and destroy them without harming healthy cells in any way.

Chronic Lyme disease with co-infections like Bartonella, Ehrlichia and Babesia complicates standard antibiotic treatments by creating symptoms including fatigue, joint pain, anxiety and cognitive dysfunction. Many have reported seeing improvement after receiving rife therapy treatment; in some cases people even report experiencing complete remission from their condition! While modern scientific research does not support such claims conclusively yet there has been much anecdotal evidence supporting it as a complementary care option.

RIFE frequency therapy employs an experimental electrotherapy device which emits low-energy electromagnetic waves programmed with frequencies believed to target specific microbes, similar to an opera singer singing out a specific note and shattering glass with precision. This form of frequency therapy has been described as similar to shattering glass while sparing healthy cells from harm – unlike general electromagnetic fields which may expose us to harmful frequencies when overexposed, the Rife frequency technology only emits frequencies designed to treat specific health problems.

At Innately Yours Chiropractic Studio, we combine RIFE device therapy with our holistic approach to help our clients on their wellness journeys. This advanced device serves as a powerful adjunct to Lyme Disease treatment as well as aiding detoxification by stimulating liver and kidney cell activity. Contact us now to discover this innovative treatment method and see how we can use it to reach your wellness goals!

Rife Devices

Rife machines use electromagnetic frequencies to treat diseases without touching the skin directly. Each disease has a distinctive frequency that Rife machines identify using computer software, and then an impulse is generated on that frequency to cause vibration of germ covering, thus breaking it apart without harming healthy cells nearby.

Royal Raymond Rife developed special microscopes using prisms to detect germs, and electromagnetic machines to kill them in the early 1900s; however, his claims were never scientifically validated and his devices were ultimately abandoned due to being unworkable. His work is considered pseudoscientific by the AMA and their devices discredited as such.

Patrick Pearson and his fellow researchers at the New England Vector-borne Epidemiology Center (NEWVEC), University of Massachusetts Amherst have recently discovered that cancer cells and Borrelia burgdorferi, which causes Lyme disease, share one key characteristic: both depend upon glycolysis for growth.

The team wondered whether similar processes could be prevented with cancer therapies such as LDH inhibitors, which have proven their efficacy against cancer cells as well. Their experiments revealed that LDH inhibitors also proved successful at inhibiting Borrelia burgdorferi growth in laboratory models.

This pioneering research offers hope for those suffering from debilitating Lyme disease who don’t respond to antibiotics, yet have continued symptoms despite treatment with antibiotics. While further validation in mice will need to occur before this work can be applied in people living with chronic Lyme disease and tick-borne infections. Marty Ross MD of Seattle is a board-certified family physician known for his passion in teaching about and treating thousands of Lyme patients over his career as an educator and clinical expert in Lyme disease education and care.

Rife Symptoms

Borrelia burgdorferi is the Borrelia species responsible for Lyme disease, with an ability to evade human immune systems and spread throughout our bodies, causing debilitating fatigue, joint pain and cognitive issues. Antibiotics are an integral part of treating Lyme disease; they target specific bacteria to stop it multiplying (doxycycline) or disrupt its cell walls with penicillins; however these don’t always work and some individuals remain sick, which is why researchers at New England Regional Center of Vector-borne Diseases (NEWVEC) are so enthusiastic about discovering an innovative treatment approach that could make this virus go away for good! Researchers at NEWVEC are so excited about an innovative new treatment approach they have identified!

RIFE frequency therapy works by employing specific frequencies to target pathogenic cells in your body responsible for symptoms. These frequencies resonate with these pathogens and help destroy or detoxify them; at Innately Yours Chiropractic Studio we use state-of-the-art Rife machines to offer this cutting-edge, natural remedy for various health concerns.

Studies by our Lyme Disease Research Center conducted between 2022-2024 demonstrated that even with early diagnosis and standard antibiotic treatment for Lyme disease, 14% still experienced Post Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome (PTLD). This research demonstrated how persistent and debilitating symptoms may linger even after successful antibiotic therapy has been taken.

Recurrences of original symptoms that were brought on by stress or environmental factors may also play a part.

We’re delighted to offer this innovative treatment at our clinic for patients looking for a holistic approach to their health. RIFE frequency therapy provides a gentle, safe, and effective option for anyone battling chronic illness. Pathways to Parkinson’s Relief With Johan Boswinkel

Fritz-Albert Popp discovered that all living cells produce biophotons – invisibly faint emissions that play an essential part in cell function but remain hidden to human eyes. Coherent or harmonious emissions indicate health; those which are chaotic or disharmonious indicate dysfunction at an energetic level within the body.

What is Biophoton Therapy?

Imagine a treatment that detects imbalances in your body using photon emissions from the skin. On this episode of Pathways to Parkinson’s Relief, host Robert Rodgers meets Johan Boswinkel to learn more about his groundbreaking biophoton therapy device called Chiren that measures both coherent and chaotic light emissions from cells of an individual. Chiren then inverts chaotic light emission patterns to neutralize disturbing signals and restore self-healing mechanisms within their bodies.

Biophotons are faint light waves emitted by our cells and used by them to regulate biochemical processes that influence heart rate, blood pressure and hormone production. Unfortunately, many individuals suffer from biophoton deregulation which can lead to illness and disease; Johan explains how he discovered this phenomenon as well as developing an innovative light therapy solution to address it in this video.

Skeptics tend to dismiss Johan’s claims as unscientific and pseudoscientific, yet his findings do have some basis in fact. His work follows in the footsteps of several early 20th century pioneers – such as American inventor Royal Rife and San Francisco doctor Albert Abrams who developed instruments using electromagnetic frequencies for disease treatment; unfortunately however, all were persecuted by medical institutions, leading to their work falling into obscurity.

Biofield therapy not only restores the body’s natural balance of biophotons, but it can also assist in eliminating viruses and bacteria transmitted during organ transplantation. Researchers add a photosensitizing drug during perfusion (the liquid that circulates through donor lung to be transplanted), which when exposed to red light with wavelength 660 nanometers activates to form oxygen molecules which will damage and kill viral particles.

This process may help reduce viral and bacterial loads prior to lung transplant, potentially increasing the number of transplants performed. While research continues, this procedure could eventually be combined with conventional treatments to increase patient outcomes and quality of life.

How does Biophoton Therapy work?

Biophoton light therapy employs specific wavelengths of light to stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms and restore health in an all-natural, safe and non-invasive manner. Biophoton light therapy seeks to optimize biological responses such as improving circulation, decreasing inflammation levels and increasing cellular regeneration for maximum benefit.

Biophotons are faint electromagnetic emissions produced by all living cells that emit millions of times weaker light emissions than a firefly’s light and are invisible to the naked eye, yet appear fundamental to cell functioning. Russian embryologist Alexander Gurwitsch first detected biophotons, commonly referred to as phosphenes in 1920s; German physicist Fritz-Albert Popp later confirmed them and developed complex equipment to measure them; later known as biophotons by Popp. These biophotons communicate vital informational messages between different components within cells which regulate metabolic activities within cells thereby maintaining balance within cells.

Biophoton production and transmission depend on many different mechanisms, such as the Krebs cycle and oxidative phosphorylation. Mitochondria are located within all neurons, serving as energy stores and transport molecules for cells; biopolymers stored within mitochondria are one of the primary sources of these photons; decreasing either their number or quality can significantly reduce production and transmission to other areas of the brain.

Every cell in our bodies produces biophotons, yet only brain neurons produce complex and unique biophoton signals that stand out. This is because their neurons form an electromagnetic field with distinct properties that ensures optimal brain functioning as an autonomous rational entity.

Biophotons are generated in part by fascial tissue of the human body, which is uniformly dispersed across structures and tissues. This dense connective tissue covers and interacts with blood vessels, nerves, viscera, bones, muscles and more, making it an excellent vehicle for transmitting biophotons.

Biophoton signaling is an emerging concept which incorporates existing scientific knowledge regarding the communicative role of biophotons in all levels of hierarchy of organization in the body (cell, tissue, organ system and organism). Biophotons serve as universal mechanisms for controlling all aspects of life activity within humans.

What are the benefits of Biophoton Therapy?

Biophoton Therapy uses non-laser near Infrared light delivered in packets known as Photons to break painful inflammatory cycles faster and clear irritation more efficiently, speeding healing. Biophotons also stimulate immunity and nervous systems while speeding cellular activity for faster healing processes.

Biophotons have also been demonstrated to entrain disordered cellular oscillations and increase coherence at a cellular level, leading to improved intercellular communication and improved homeostasis. Furthermore, their ability to bind with DNA allows biophotons to enhance repair proteins binding as well as decrease ROS production inside of cells.

All living systems emit electromagnetic radiation, but the ultra-weak light emissions produced by cells have received special interest. Although thousands of times weaker than firefly light emissions, these biophotons appear essential to cell function.

Since their discovery by Russian embryologist Alexander Gurwitsch in the 1920s, these emissions have been further studied and developed by German physicist Fritz-Albert Popp and others. Through this work it was revealed that biophotons could transmit information between cells across tissues while remaining thousands of times weaker than visible light.

These emissions display temporal and spectral coherence similar to laser light, acting as information carriers to coordinate oscillatory behaviors such as calcium ion fluxes, circadian rhythms, enzymatic activities and gene expression. External biophoton fields have been shown to synchronize these cellular processes while decreasing oxidative stress thus protecting genomic material.

Radiobiology researchers find this effect particularly exciting as it allows for biophotons to act as intercellular messengers and help prevent radiation-induced biological effects (RIBE). Recent advances in biophoton research pertaining to bystander responses to ionizing radiation have highlighted mitochondria and exosomes’ roles in biophoton-mediated RIBE, providing us with greater molecular and genetic insight into bystander cell phenotypes and responses associated with exposure to ionizing radiation.

What are the side effects of Biophoton Therapy?

Biophotons are quantums of light energy produced by all living systems and are distinguished by their apparent coherence, offering the possibility for ultrafast communications between cells. Studies indicate that DNA may serve both as source and storage medium for biophotons; additionally they interact with receptors found on mitochondria, the cytoskeleton, and neurotransmitters to facilitate transmission.

Biophoton therapy operates under the principle that light can have a profound impact on our biological processes and foster healing. It relies on the idea that our bodies are composed of electromagnetic energy, with biophotons serving as quantum particles of this energy. Living organisms release biophotons in the form of light beams which emanate outward from them – these photons are then absorbed by cells and used to produce ATP molecules – essential components in maintaining metabolic processes within our bodies and leading to healing.

Biophoton therapy aims to restore biophoton balance within the body when an illness exists and restore natural processes to working order. When disease strikes, however, biophoton balance shifts out of sync and natural processes are disrupted – this therapy seeks to reestablish this equilibrium in order to help restore health in its entirety.

Biophoton therapy is non-invasive and without side effects. It has proven highly successful at treating allergies, autoimmune diseases, chronic fatigue syndrome, digestive issues, gynecological conditions, insomnia and rheumatoid arthritis – as well as emotional trauma by relieving symptoms such as depression and anxiety.

Biophoton therapy can not only promote overall health and well-being, but can also be used to heal injuries and ease discomfort. It does this by stimulating blood circulation and dilation of small lymphatic vessels – leading to increased oxygen delivery to damaged tissue for faster healing with reduced inflammation.

Biophoton therapy is an advanced and safe solution designed for people of all ages. Available worldwide, doctors and therapists alike use biophoton therapy to treat chronic pain, fatigue and immune system disorders among others.

What is Wave Genome Ra?

Wave genome ra uses an extensive set of genomic and epigenomic annotation parameters known to correlate with functional variants, prioritising non-coding disease variants as well.

Nanog, Pou5f3 and Sox19b are pioneer transcription factors responsible for initiating ZGA in fish8,25. Their binding to chromatin correlates with an increase in nascent RNA formation as well as speckles from RNA polymerase II at early sphere/dome stages.

Background

Previous genetic studies relied on scanning the whole genome and selecting those SNPs or genes which met certain thresholds; this may identify some pathways related to RA but others of moderate effect were disregarded since they did not reach this threshold. To improve accuracy in our analysis, we combined GWAS and gene expression data and performed a genome-wide scan across all human genes; 28 pathways (FDR0.05) were significantly associated with RA in our model; these included immune system diseases, infectious diseases, signaling molecules interactions transport catabolism endocrine metabolic diseases development as well as cardiovascular conditions.

Our researchers employed a clinical dataset to test our ability to identify functional variants, which include synonymous, non-synonymous, UTR exonic variants as well as coding variants. SuRFR, GWAVA and CADD performed comparably on this strictly non-exonic clinical dataset.

Utilizing this dataset, we identified a minor wave of genome activation where miR-430 became highly active early and formed a large transcription body. When we compared chromatin states with appearance of promoter-associated histone modification marks at the 256 cell stage, minor wave set displayed more open chromatin states compared to major wave set which is consistent with their activation during zygotic cell division acrocentration phase.

Our results indicate that genome activation by minor waves is an integral component of the pathogenesis of RA and, by identifying pathways leading to its activation, we may discover new therapeutic targets to treat it effectively. These findings are grounded in Dr. Irene Caesar’s Wave Optics theory of Chromosomes, which states that each individual’s chromosomes contain nonlocal unique Bioinformation about themselves. WAVE GENOME LLC has developed and commercialized Wave Optics technology that transmits information through chromosomes instantaneously in the quantum realm of Nonlocality. Utilizing this concept has led to a revolutionary digital drug for rejuvenation known as TESLA DNA DIGITAL PHARMACY that uses instant transmission. This concept has led to WAVE GENOME LLC’s creation and marketing of this digital drug called TESLA DNA DIGITAL PHARMACY for rejuvenation purposes.

Methods

At Wave Genome Ra, a client’s genetic information is encoded onto embryonic stem cell DNA placed into a can and sent directly to them. From here it is translated into a personalized pattern of their cell signal which identifies specific biochemical reactions to drugs or supplements; then transmitted via laser into their body to restore wave matrix of their cells for restoration allowing their body to remotely regulate internal biosystems for healthy embryonic stem cell development.

Wave Genome LLC has developed a software program that analyzes an individual’s wave matrix of embryonic stem cells in liquid crystal media of their brain and body, and acts as a digital pharmacy based on Dr. Irene Caesar’s fundamental theory on light refraction within living systems, providing drugs or supplements specifically coded with frequency codes for remote treatment of clients remotely.

SuRFR software is available as an open-source, R package. It requires a text or bed file containing information about SNPs that need functional predictions; then using its sister package ‘SNP Annotation Information List R Package’ (SAILR), SuRFR provides functional annotation tables based on variants found within ENCODE pilot regions within 1000 Genomes EUR population [23].

SAILR offers an array of genomic and epigenomic annotation parameters known to correlate with regulatory elements and non-coding disease variants, in order to prioritize them for further study. SAILR then ranks these variants according to their Mean Allele Frequency at each variant loci within the 1000 Genomes population, giving users flexibility in selecting an allele frequency cutoff point suitable for their analysis.

SuRFR was evaluated against three other tools that prioritise non-coding mutations using similar approaches – GWAVA, CADD and FunSeq – as methods to prioritise pathogenic variants. All four approaches performed well when applied to ClinVar pathogenic and background variant datasets but fell short in discriminating long-range enhancers due to a lack of training data for such features.

Results

Wave Genome LLC has introduced an incredible Psi-Generator that encodes an individual’s genetically unique wave matrix at the nanolevel. This information-wave can then be transmitted and received by their brain as an information-wave, thus helping treat someone from a distance – sometimes known as “second birth.” Clients report immediate improvements to their health following treatment from this technique.

Dr. Irene Caesar conducted this work and published it in the International Journal of Bioinformatics and Biosciences. Additionally, her findings were presented at the 7th International Conference on Bioscience & Engineering 2025 as an invited speech.

Publicly available epigenomic datasets representing chromatin opening and associated cis-regulatory element regulation (Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin (ATAC-seq) were utilized, covering key early developmental stages. Variants were then compared against predicted chromatin states from ENCODE’s genome-wide functional annotation database.

SuRFR successfully generated a training set of experimentally verified regulatory variants using RAVEN, combined them with background variants obtained through random sampling from 170,892 SNPs found within ENCODE pilot regions and matching by distance to TSSs (100 control variants per true positive). SuRFR achieved AUCs of 0.84 on both training and validation sets respectively – outperforming both CADD and GWA in this respect.

To establish which chromatin state was associated with each variant, ATAC-seq data from nine cell lines were ranked according to their individual b coefficients, which then guided our selection of an SNP’s associated chromatin state. A multiple variable logistic regression model was then run in order to assess any relationship between variant type and chromatin state; with the one that best predicted each SNP being used as its predicted state.

We compared each variant’s chromatin state with its appearance of promoter-associated histone modifications, such as H3K4me3 and H3K27ac marks on minor wave gene clusters but not broad promoters activated by main waves (Figures 2A and 2B). Their presence suggests distinct activation profiles which contrasted with widespread expression of broad promoter znfs activated by major waves (Figures 2A and 2B).

Conclusions

Wavelet transformations provide a powerful means of exploring genomic sequence data, uncovering previously unnoticed biological processes and mechanisms, as well as undiscovered genetic variation. This approach to studying human genomes offers new opportunities, with potentially significant applications. Furthermore, its simple usage enables multiple applications – improve genome interpretation as well as identify follow up studies targets!

Genome browsers provide a rich dataset for functional predictions; however, manual interrogation of these resources does not scale, lack reproducibility and is inherently nonsystematic. Furthermore, their use may introduce bias due to incomplete recombination histories or noise in data sets.

We have developed a method that uses wavelet transformations to interrogate genome-wide sequence data. Specifically, this approach can identify regions likely to have experienced recent admixture and prioritizing variants for experimental validation. Furthermore, more complex wavelet transforms have proven useful in detecting regions likely containing transcription factor binding sites; our results suggest this may help provide a more complete and accurate picture of human genomic evolution by surfing its wavelets.

Wave Genome LLC (WGA) is a scientific company focused on bioholographic remote stem cell therapy. As the first company to utilize Quantum Biononlocality for remote management of biological systems – including human embryonic stem cell wave matrix management systems – we aim to bring bioholography-driven medicine directly into homes across America. Each person possesses their own individual nonlocal Refraction Code toward the Zero Center (Focus of Quantum Nonlocality) of their Embryonic Stem Cell Wave Matrix; this forms the basis of their unique Biohologram. Our clients can utilize this Biohologram to increase both the reproductive and regeneration potency of their Embryonic Stem Cells as well as overall body health, by modulating scalar wave diffraction grating of their respective Digital Bioholograms.
