How Does Alternate Day Steroid Therapy Affect Autoimmunity?

Steroid treatment may be recommended in treating various autoimmune diseases due to its ability to decrease autoantibodies levels; however, such drugs could result in side effects which lower quality of life.

Studies on 106 patients suffering from three distinct autoimmune connective tissue diseases – systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren syndrome and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis – demonstrated that alternate day steroid therapy achieved significant decreases in their serum autoantibodies levels.

At our center, we conducted an analysis on patients treated with alternate day steroid therapy and in whom anti-dsDNA and anti-SS-R antibodies were measured; this was both retrospective and cross-sectional analysis. The study group consisted of 106 SLE, SS, and HT patients who received low dose prednisone or deflazacort for three months prior to being assessed for anti-dsDNA and anti-SS-R antibody titers compared to results before starting therapy.

Results demonstrated a substantial decline in anti-dsDNA and anti-SS-R levels among patients treated with alternate day steroid therapy compared to control group, even though clinical activity of autoimmune diseases did not correlate directly with autoantibodies levels. Thus, comparative studies of alternate day steroid therapy with daily regimen are important to establish its safety and efficacy as well as support current recommendations that glucocorticoids be administered in short cycles to reduce suppression of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis as well as improve quality of life among patients living with autoimmune conditions.

At our descriptive, retrospective and cross-sectional study involving 106 patients diagnosed with three autoimmune connective tissue diseases – systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Sjogren syndrome and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (Hashi) who received three months of alternate day steroid therapy; our researchers observed a statistically significant reduction in serum autoantibody levels at both diagnosis and three months post-initiation, regardless of gender or type of steroid medication prescribed; we observed statistically significant decreases regardless of gender or type administered steroid medication; statistically significant decreases were seen both among systemic LUS patients as well as those suffering from Hashimoto’s thyroiditis; our researchers observed statistically significant decreases.

Hunder and colleagues conducted a three-month alternate-day treatment study, wherein the mean daily prednisone dose was significantly less than in the group receiving 90-mg daily therapy, while serious infections did not significantly differ between groups. This evidence supports their hypothesis that low-dose alternate day regimen can be as effective in initial therapy of giant cell arteritis; further evaluation will need to take place in order to see whether this treatment strategy may also apply to other autoimmune diseases – for this, conducting randomized controlled trials would be optimal.

An innovative descriptive, retrospective, and cross-sectional study was conducted, enrolling 106 patients who were prescribed prednisone or deflazacort for at least three months and evaluated in Mexico City at the Clinical Immunology and Allergy Service at National Medical Center 20 de Noviembre 20 de Noviembre (ISSSTE), Mexico City; serum autoantibody levels were determined both before and after alternate-day steroid treatments – these results demonstrated that alternate day steroid treatment significantly decreased serum autoantibody levels regardless of disease, gender, age or type of steroids used.

Overdose

Peter Petrovich Garyaev, known for pioneering new directions of genetic coding and creating Lingvistiko Wave Genetics. He published several articles in Soviet scientific peer-reviewed journals.

Peter Petrovich Gariaev is a well-recognized scientist who established Wave Genome genetics. Although his theories were never conclusively proven through conventional experiments, their existence generated great excitement among those trying to solve real world issues.

“Wave Genome”, his main work, was released for publication in 1994 and comprises an anthology of his earlier articles. Although he holds no academic credentials or claim any special standing within science, instead he uses logic and reasoning to support his ideas, never making statements like, “This is true because someone said so”.

Larichev’s scientific paradigm dramatically alters our perception of ourselves in this world and our relationships to it. His theory posits that both physical DNA strands and wave holograms comprised by our universe exist simultaneously and must therefore be seen as complementary realities rather than separate realities.

Larichev’s discovery enabled him to restore and decipher ancient secret hermetic teaching encoded within the Slavic alphabet, leading him to create psychotronic technologies capable of controlling subconscious responses as well as shaping our environment. Larichev even suggested that Russian is an omnibus carrier of hermetic knowledge – and even named runes and symbols found across Slavic languages!

The Theory of the Linguistic-Wave Genome

The Linguistic-Wave Genome Theory proposes that genetic information does not flow linearly from DNA to RNA, but instead travels in waves through chromosomes as transmitters and receivers of these wave-based signals, explaining why certain frequencies can help stimulate cell regeneration and immune modulation. Furthermore, according to this hypothesis DNA’s holographic nature enables it to form pre-images of biosystems and their components which can then be accessed as vibrational messages by our bodies.

This theory could reveal DNA’s dynamic nature of encoding and decoding, leading to new approaches for cellular reprogramming – methods which may improve wound healing, cell regeneration, metabolic balance as well as personalized therapeutics – for instance a patient suffering Wagner Stage IV diabetic ulcers saw rapid improvement after receiving programmed bio-information signals.

Gariaev‘s work is both theoretical and experimentally verified. He developed a photon interferometer to record electromagnetic signals of samples from human bodies, then transferred these into data files for later analysis. His research indicated that signal intensities increased when exposed to specific frequencies used; additionally, specific frequencies had an influence on polarization-spin potency of electromagnetic signals in the cellular matrix.

His work has given rise to the newly developed scientific discipline of Linguistic-Wave Genetics. This field finds its place within Deleuze and Guattari’s A Thousand Plateaus theory where they assert that language is not like a tree but more like an organic structure composed of interconnections that evolve gradually over time, such as river valleys or railroad tracks that link disparate sites into an intricate network.

This theory of the linguistic-wave genome can also be seen as part of a new approach to genetics based on gene-wave theory. This model offers several advantages over its traditional tree counterpart, including being better at representing wider ranges of relationships; and providing a more complete description of evolution by taking both genetic and non-genetic factors into account.

The Theory of the Field Genome

Genome sequencing is the practice of reading and comparing an organism’s DNA sequence. Scientists use genome sequencing to detect genetic variations that contribute to desirable characteristics like height or drought resistance.

Last year, before his untimely passing due to health complications, a Russian scientist experimentally verified his theories that the human genome acts like a crystal that receives information and emits very coherent weak-beams of light throughout its body (biophotons). He called this discipline linguistic-wave genetics or field genomics.

This theory of the genome offers a rational explanation for many seemingly mysterious biological processes, including SEs, silencers, boundaries, insulators and eQTLs/QTLs at both transcriptional and posttranscriptional levels. It confirms the hypothesis that DNA isn’t just metaphorically but actually an irreducibly text, while also showing it functions like a pseudoconscious intelligence that recognizes contexts correctly, choosing amino acids for protein synthesis based on gene texts (mRNA). Furthermore, it helps explain fractality of gene expression within biosystems.

Remarkable experimentation by his team also illustrated this breakthrough; using light and radio wave irradiation combined with information retrieved from healthy seeds of similar plant type, they were able to reactivate damaged genes that had been exposed to lethal radiation at Chernobyl nuclear disaster, thus restoring genetic information that had been damaged from exposure. Plants grown and reproduced normally as a direct result; their original undamaged genetic material came back via healthy seeds.

He claimed this to be evidence that plants responded to human speech and could carry out its requests. Dr. Gariaev developed an electromagnetic generator which translated human speech into signals perceived by plants; then carried out experiments involving thousands of different plants before employing statistical treatment of experimental data to demonstrate absolute reliability of results obtained.

Scientific discoveries challenge our accepted beliefs in science and present us with numerous avenues for future investigation, leading us to a greater understanding of both universe and ourselves. Each individual must open his/her mind to these new possibilities and take full advantage of all that can be gleaned from this research; now is the time!
