That all changed in 2015, when three separate groups of physicists successfully verified Bell’s Theorem and demonstrated that entangled particles behave in this extraordinary fashion.

These experiments employed pairs of photons – the fundamental building blocks of visible light. Photons can become entangled through two methods: they may become linked by their polarization state or orbital angular momentum (OAM) state – with OAM providing insight into a photon’s spin properties.

Two other experiments using OAM states proved far more complex to measure; they required long distance transmission; this had not been possible until 2018. Alternative Therapies For Epilepsy

People living with epilepsy often look to alternative therapies, including herbs, ketogenic diet and vagus nerve stimulation as part of their treatment strategy to manage and potentially prevent seizures. Such remedies often supplement medications available as antiepileptics.

Other nonpharmacological treatments include biofeedback and meditation, both of which may improve quality of life while possibly decreasing seizure frequency; however, more research needs to be conducted before definitive conclusions can be drawn.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient holistic system that utilizes acupuncture points on the body to restore balance and promote healing, widely used to treat epilepsy.
