Numerous new features have been introduced. For instance, Signal Test MW Preset now comes equipped with a Notes tab, providing essential troubleshooting instructions.
In the settings menu you can quickly check if GX is connected and set the number of generators Spooky2 should look for at startup, configure Wobble panes that can be toggled on or off in any Generator Control Panel and list frequencies to avoid.
New Databases and Presets
Spooky2 comes equipped with new DNA database presets and the 2023 ETDFL programs; while its DNA, MW, and MicroGen databases have all seen improvements. Furthermore, GX Pro Display firmware update was implemented to fix an offline frequency bug, as well as revision of MicroGen User Guide online User’s Guide online User’s Guide has also been made available in this software release.
John White set out to rewrite the software for this release with one goal in mind – making it straightforward and user-friendly while being powerful enough to handle Rife equipment’s range of frequencies. Thanks to an expanded team and beta testers, he has accomplished just that!

When selecting a waveform in the Waveforms tab, the generator output will switch to that specific waveform and you will notice this symbol on Spooky25M display indicating Spooky2 is creating an arbitrary waveform in software rather than using built-in waves provided by generator. When selecting square or inverse sawtooth waveforms for Out 1, these will output on Out 1; you’ll also observe this same symbol when choosing Carrier Sweep or Spectrum Sweep on Out 2.
2023 ETDFL Programs
Spooky2 is an advanced freeware program with one of the world’s largest frequency databases for healing, entrainment and detoxification applications. It supports plasma, contact and remote PEMF transmission modes in addition to its built-in generator for rife machine settings. By employing sophisticated algorithms, Spooky2 calculates and transmits correct frequencies without manual entry or settings; its user-friendly interface makes navigation and use easy while custom channels and programs give users more control over their experience.
This update introduces several significant upgrades and additions to MicroGen, most notably an expanded monoisotopic mass database, enhanced DNA databases and an offline user’s guide for MicroGen. Furthermore, error reporting has also been enhanced, now featuring an easy way to clear all errors quickly.
The new “Errors” tab presents a list of errors that have occurred since you last opened your software, until you click to clear it by pressing the button. It is useful for keeping tabs on potential systemic issues so that any issues affecting its performance may be identified and fixed quickly.
Errors’ will display information regarding your current scan, including its running average for radio-acoustic data collected by Spooky2. When data is not valid; for instance if Spooky2 is misconnected from its generator, or sample rate falls below three consecutive good samples; its red value indicates this issue.
Spooky2 offers several new tools and features for scanning and analyzing biofeedback scans, as well as extra features designed to maximize your time with it. One such feature allows you to select which samples Spooky2 uses for its running average biofeedback calculation – something which can significantly reduce DNA programs or presets sizes by eliminating redundant data.
This version of the program also includes enhancements to load large databases more quickly. A new button enables you to save Channel Sets directly into a custom database; saving time when setting up complex channels. Finally, an upgrade has also been made to its Waveform display.
GX Pro Display Firmware Update
This update introduces a new DNA and monoisotopic mass database, as well as several upgrades and fixes, including improved program loading code to load large sequences more rapidly, improved waveform display, bug fixes, as well as upgrades for various other features.
GX Pro Display owners are eligible to download the 20220421 firmware update as a free download from the website, under UTILITIES folder. Spooky2 software will notify of available firmware updates upon device turn on provided it has internet connectivity and the Disable system updates setting is disabled (see System). Once uploaded, it will take several minutes before being applied and may require rebooting from time to time during application.
If you have the spooky2 full installer on your computer, you can use it to upgrade the GX Pro Display firmware. It includes an all-encompassing version of software with main database and presets to make upgrading simple; additionally it maintains historical biofeedback scan data as well as user-created presets during upgrade process.
When upgrading firmware this way, it is recommended to store an existing backup on a microSD-card or USB-stick to quickly revert back if any problems arise during installation of the new version. To do this, navigate to Settings – Firmware – Stored backup firmware.
In November 2022, the generatorX hit detection algorithm was changed to only take into account 20 values before and after the current value when calculating running average calculations – thus decreasing maximum output frequency while speeding up BFB scan.
Whenever there is an issue with your device that cannot be resolved through these troubleshooting steps, it’s wise to contact its manufacturer directly for additional support. Improved Program Loading
Spooky2 now makes several important adjustments to its preset handling, such as loading default presets upon startup so your setup is immediately ready for work. Furthermore, editing and saving preset chains has never been simpler or quicker; choose either an explorer view or grid view for easier frequency set tracking; a copy/paste toolbar provides quick changes quickly – saving both time and frustration!
Spooky2 now features a Presets tab to show available presets that can be run in either Contact Mode or Shell Mode, by default Healing (C)- JW is set as the Default Shell preset with Slipped Discs CAFL and Herniated Disc Reduce Swelling XTRA programs included as default programs – there are numerous others available too!
Spooky2 now comes equipped with a Single Scan button to speed up scans by only performing one pass without reinspection of frequencies, significantly shortening scan times for most users. Taking this route may significantly cut back time required to perform an entire system scan.
Spooky2 now allows you to select an email address where screenshots of all open tabs will be sent when an issue arises, making it easier for technical support at Spooky2 to diagnose and address problems that aren’t readily apparent in error logs.
Another new feature is the option to adjust amplitude ramping and set maximum signal amplitude, both useful for preventing excessive power usage and potential generator damage.
Spectrum and overnight carrier sweeps can also be configured to include higher harmonics of 1Hz values for increased body penetration and powerful punch in these sweeps.
Spooky2 now allows you to configure its Settings tab so you can specify what hardware is connected, select frequency generators for use at startup and restart them if they have been pausing or stopping, specify file-paths for databases and Wobbles which can be toggled on and off in any Generator Control Panel for as long as desired – these changes apply globally across your Spooky2 setup.
