This show might seem over the top, but it remains an entertaining watch. Schwarz and Wedler give outstanding performances; writing is solid (if somewhat predictable in early episodes); there are some unexpected twists; it is best to watch in its original German with subtitles as the English-dubbed version is less than impressive (Ole is voiced by an actor who sounds like he could audition for American Idol!).

The opening scene recalls the COVID-19 pandemic which plagued much of the globe in 2020 – it provides a striking, but intriguing setup for further episodes in this season.
