In the current study, connective tissue fibroblasts were exposed to 180 minutes of treatment with the BICOM optima mobile bioresonance system and program chain “pathogene Ai”. Basal cell metabolism and generation of superoxide anion radicals was significantly decreased across all five independent experiments conducted (Figure 2). Furthermore, superoxide anion radicals also significantly declined; this finding is in accordance with previous investigations on its impact on functional neutrophils [19-20].
At each independent experiment pair (Figure 4), the relative stimulation was measured to be 38.0 +-14.5 percent and statistical evaluation via non-parametric two-tailed Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test showed significant differences to control (p = 0.05).

Cultivated connective tissue fibroblasts were cultured under normal conditions for 21 hours in 24 central wells of two 96-well culture plates (Cultura M; Almedica, Switzerland), then exposed to 180 minutes of treatment using program chain “pathogene Ai” of the BICOM(r) optima(r) mobile bioresonance system for 180 min. Thereafter, cells were incubated under microscope Olympus IX 50 planachromate 10x and observed further. Results demonstrated that treated cells were more numerous while migration distance was shorter compared with untreated control cultures.
Comparison to measurements obtained for control cell cultures, stimulation of cells by treatment with the BICOM(r) optima(r) Mobile Bioresonance Therapy Device with the program chain “pathogene Ai” was noted and found significant according to Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney testing.
To conduct the experiment, the BICOM(r) optima(r) Mobil was connected to its power applicator and placed into a temperature-controlled external mini incubator containing its respective culture dish on top. As seen in Figure 2, its input cup can be seen. As a control, another culture plate was incubated for an equal duration without direct contact to BICOM(r) optima(r). With “pathogene Ai” program chain running on this BICOM, this second culture plate served as the control. All measurements were conducted with a frequency of 100 Hz using the program chain “Pathogene Ai” as part of the program chain function of BICOM(r) optima(r) MOBILE bioresonance therapy device. The results were then evaluated statistically to assess cell stimulation by treatment with the respective BICOM(r) optima(r) power applicators; relative to controls, this stimulation was found to be significantly greater; furthermore, cell vitality was greatly augmented through treatment with this component of the BICOM(r) Mobil device.
3. ATM Lanta Z
German-made bioresonance machine The German-made device is a complex bioresonance machine with numerous features, enabling practitioners to customize it to meet constitutional support or stress relief treatments or stressors.
