Level 1: Fundamentals
Donna Eden has spent three decades perfecting Energy Medicine techniques that help balance energies to promote healing and wellbeing. These can either stand-in as standalone practices, or complement any holistic wellness or other therapeutic approach you currently utilize. In this year-long course, you will develop both knowledge and skill to begin using these healing practices with family members or clients in professional practices.
Level 1: Fundamentals is open to anyone interested in exploring energy healing for personal healing or adding it to existing wellness routines such as yoga, acupuncture, massage therapy or coaching. We will focus on Donna’s signature Daily Energy Routine as an integral part of daily life and how simple yet effective techniques can support and accelerate results for healing and wellbeing.
Sarah entered Level 1: Fundamentals classes not knowing what to expect, yet was instantly drawn in by its welcoming community and engaging instructor. Level 2: Certification Training
This class is tailored for anyone interested in studying their body’s energy systems and maintaining them for optimal health. This one-year program of extensive study in Donna Eden’s form of Eden Energy Medicine.
This course offers a holistic, hands-on energy healing system utilizing nine distinct energetic systems. The approach works on the principle that subtle yet invisible energies lie at the foundation of all health and wellness issues; energy work can be an invaluable way to address such concerns whether physical or emotional.
Students of this course have an opportunity to experience these powerful techniques in an enriching learning environment with small group of classmates and their instructor. Classes are tailored specifically for student needs in life; participants have four extended weekend dates over one year for participation to accommodate busy schedules while receiving support.
At the first session of class, students will learn about the principles and interactions among nine energy systems in EEM. Furthermore, they will create a daily energy routine which will contribute to living a full and vibrant life.
The second session of class builds upon what was learned in the initial one and prepares students for Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner Certification Training – required as part of becoming certified Eden Energy Medicine practitioners.
At the conclusion of this class, students will demonstrate their abilities as professional Energy Medicine practitioners by conducting a professional Energy Medicine session for an assigned client either through videoconferencing or face-to-face with one of their Faculty Members. This Demonstration Session forms an essential part of EEM certification training that will equip practitioners to offer this effective yet compassionate healing modality while being listed on EEM Practitioner Directories.
EEM is an immensely powerful healing approach that can benefit people of all health conditions, whether physical, mental, or emotional. EEM helps balance energy systems in the body, reduce pain and emotional issues, strengthen immunity systems, and lead to a life filled with more peace, joy, and abundance.
Level 3: Advanced Training
Mastery of any art form requires considerable time and dedication. Practitioners must learn to blend various techniques together, follow their intuition and use energy healing sessions as guides that assist clients in reaching their health goals. With more experienced practitioners on board, clients may achieve even more.
Level 2: Certification Training When you complete this year-long program, you are officially certified Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) practitioner and can begin practicing EEM with confidence. EEM offers assessments and interventions targeting nine energy systems of the body – making it suitable for addressing virtually every health concern.
Classes consist of lectures that provide an introduction to each energy system and demonstrations of techniques to test and balance them, followed by small group practice time in which you can hone your skills before applying them with friends, family and clients.
Every class is held in a safe, supportive environment led by an experienced teacher. Participants learn EEM techniques that build upon one another while developing intuitive energy following abilities. Our weekly energy routine aims to break through barriers that stand in their way towards attaining balance in life and potential.
Students will also be introduced to various advanced topics and protocols throughout the year, engaging in hands-on workshops led by Faculty Clinical Practitioners demonstrating full sessions including basic skills like energy testing and tracking as well as intuitive energy following and new EEM techniques.
The Eden Energy Medicine Fundamentals course offers an intensive one-year curriculum consisting of lectures, labs and hands on energy work with instructors. Level 4: Advanced Practitioner Training
Eden Energy Medicine is an approach to healthcare that empowers individuals by emphasizing the body’s vital energy as the cornerstone of health and well-being. Over 1600 certified practitioners now use this unique, hands-on healthcare approach on hundreds of thousands of individuals utilizing nine distinct energy systems within our bodies in order to bring balance and release core limiting patterns while supporting physical and emotional well-being.
Level 1: Foundations
In their first year of training, students gain an introduction to Energy Medicine. This training provides participants with tools for effective energy work with themselves and with friends and family alike, while helping to foster an understanding of energy’s role in health and illness – this formative course also serves as the cornerstone of EEM method and serves as an introduction to various other techniques available today.
This class is open to both lay people and professionals with no previous experience with energy work needed for enrollment. Classes meet quarterly, consisting of lecture, hands-on practice under supervision, group discussion and question/answer sessions; students in this course will gain techniques that are helpful in treating common ailments as well as issues associated with mental health, such as anxiety and depression.
Students completing year two will earn both an EEM Diploma and certificate of continuing education that can be used to renew their certification with EEM Practitioners Association. In addition, there is also the Professional Energy Medicine Certification available.
