Level 1: Fundamentals
For anyone new to energy healing and Donna Eden’s approach, this one-year program is the place to begin. In this one year program, you’ll discover simple yet powerful techniques that activate the body’s own internal healers, enabling you to easily incorporate this powerful tool into your practice as a Doctor, Psychotherapist, Nurse, Physical Therapist, Acupuncturist or Reiki Practitioner for improved results with this incredibly valuable asset.
As part of these classes, you’ll explore the principles and basic techniques of EEM in an engaging and nurturing classroom environment. Each session combines lectures that detail each of the nine energy systems with demonstrations of techniques for testing and balancing them as well as small group time where you will practice your new skills on yourself under supervision – creating a daily energy routine to support living a healthy and vibrant life.
Many of the most severe health problems have their source in energy healing. Although not easily detectable through traditional medical tests or diagnosed by doctors, energy healing systems such as our Energy Medicine Certification Program provide an easy, straightforward, and elegant system of energy healing which many students go on to use exclusively or complement with other modalities in their practice. Year 2 graduates are awarded with an EEM Diploma that validates their level of training as an EEM Practitioner – this certificate allows us to include them on our Directory.
Level 2: Advanced

Level 2 introduces you to the nine energy systems that make up your body’s “energy language.” The curriculum comprises lectures explaining their nature and function, demonstrations of techniques for testing and balancing them, as well as small group time for practicing skills with close supervision. At the conclusion of Year 2, you will have gained sufficient skill in mobilizing all nine systems (Meridians, Chakras, Aura, Radiant Circuits, Five Rhythms Triple Warmer Celtic Weave Electricity) for profound healing purposes.
Level 3: Advanced Practitioner
Mastery in any field – be it music, dance or energy medicine – requires intensive study and practice. To become an Advanced Practitioner in the Eden Method, students must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all nine energy systems as well as an ability to apply them effectively with clients.
EEM stands apart from most energy healing systems by taking an holistic approach, working on all major energetic systems of the body (meridians, chakras and aura). EEM practitioners utilize muscle testing techniques to identify which energy systems are out of balance before supporting them to restore balance to client energies. Practitioners work fully clothed with light or no touch used and sessions are tailored specifically to each client.

Once Year 2 is completed, you will receive both a Diploma certifying your status as an EEM Certified Practitioner and a renewable EEM Continued Training Certificate. These steps are essential for creating a professional practice and adhering to ethical standards of excellence; in order to keep this certification valid every two-year cycle you must accumulate 12 Continuing Training hours each two year period.
Level 4: Advanced Practitioner

Many doctors, psychotherapists, physical therapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists have found that by including energy healing practices into their work it can open the way to improvements that otherwise might remain elusive.
Students attending our Foundations class will walk away with an arsenal of energy medicine techniques they can use themselves and share with friends, family and clients. They’ll learn how to incorporate these practices into existing health care practices as well as create an enduring energy system to support healing processes.
At Eden Energy Medicine Institute, we also offer an intensive year-long certification training for Eden Energy Medicine‘s Level 2: Certification Training to become an EEM Certified Practitioner. This four-part series features both lecture and hands on learning – offering continuing education credits for nurses and massage therapists alike.
