Donna Eden, creator of The Eden Method, identified nine energy systems within our bodies: acupuncture meridians, chakras, aura, Celtic weave, Five Rhythms Electrics Radiant Circuits Triple Warmers and Grid. Donna called this last element your “skeleton”. It serves as the most solid and foundational force.
Chakras
Chakras are energy centers within the body that are believed to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being in various healing traditions, including Ayurveda, yoga, Buddhism and Western New Age spirituality. According to these healing traditions they are governed by colors, elements, sounds and shapes which they receive input from as part of their governing principles – this balance leads to many health promoting properties when kept balanced. Chakras are intimately tied to nerve plexuses which provide grounding in human physiology as each chakra corresponds with certain organ functions or bodily functions – when these centers become out-of-balanced it may affect organ or bodily function with potentially catastrophic results leading to mental, emotional or physical imbalance.
There are seven major chakras in the human body; although some spiritual systems extend this number. They’re located along the spine, with their deepest layers touching on Basic Grid while their outermost reach into aura – like pools or swirling disks of energy that nourish organs nearby and record and process physical, emotional, and spiritual experiences.
The Basic Grid is an essential foundation of energy that serves to support all other forms of healing in our bodies; much like the frame of a house or bedrock on which other structures rest. Although generally stable and reliable, trauma may damage this foundational layer and affect other aspects of energy healing within your system – therefore restoring this energy structure may be one of the more advanced forms of energy therapy.
Chakras are linked together by an energy network known as the Celtic Weave or Figure of Eight energy. This intricate weave constantly interlaces between chakras to maintain balanced function in all aspects of body energy systems.
There are various tools that can help facilitate healing of chakras, including crystals (which vibrate at stable frequencies), essential oils and breathing exercises. Acupressure and polarity therapy may help restore energy flow back to its center of the body; yoga provides another effective form of chakra healing by opening space for energy to circulate while connecting to heaven (above) and earth (below). Regressive techniques like dream work, regression therapy or past life work also can help clear away patterns that contribute to imbalance.
Aura
Donna Eden created The Eden Method as an Energy Medicine system, integrating nine distinct energy systems from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and Celtic traditions – Meridians, Chakras, Auras, Celtic Weaves Electric Radiant Circuits Triple Warmers and Basic Grids.
The aura is perhaps one of the best-known energy systems and comprises seven layers of soft, glowing light surrounding your physical body. Your aura serves as a protective membrane by keeping personal energies contained and acting as a buffer between you and the outside world; additionally it holds vital information regarding your emotional and spiritual well-being, past experiences, unresolved issues and possible future challenges.
Auras can take on many colors and are associated with particular areas of our physical and emotional bodies. Blue auras typically indicate communication skills – writers, public speakers, linguists, etc. often possess plenty of blue in their auras. Violet/lavender auras correspond with crown chakra and pineal gland activity and display high degrees of intuition, psychic ability, magical thinking as well as highly intuitive people who tend toward magical or psychic traits. Turquoise auras typically found among healers or therapists.
Under stress, an individual may notice their aura taking on a darker or grey tint; this signifies an energetic wall being built around their energy centres from outside influences; when someone with this kind of aura approaches them it can feel distant and cold.
Damage to a grid cannot easily repair itself; an earthquake-affected road would be analogous; one end does not connect to another and grid energy still moves, but at its usual glacial pace it cannot fill gaps as quickly. Health and emotional issues that don’t seem to go away are often traced back to an altered grid pattern.
Skilled practitioners can quickly detect whether a person’s grid is “off.” Unskilled practitioners may attempt to bridge gaps using Cloacal Energy Bridge Therapy but this could only create false hope and cause the issue to return shortly afterwards.
Electrics
The basic grid is often considered the foundation of your energy body. It carries and supports other energy systems and acts like the chassis of a car; Donna Eden describes this energy structure as its foundation. When damaged by shock or trauma, however, its repairs typically don’t happen spontaneously: instead, other energy systems adapt to its new structure just as a person adapts to early trauma experiences; for this reason repairing your basic grid can be one of the most advanced and intensive forms of healing energy healing.
As with electrical circuits, grid energies also move and flow in an organized fashion, but at a much slower pace than meridians or other energy systems. They move more slowly but deeper; taking longer than other energies to heal than their counterparts; however this deeper movement is crucial for maintaining the integrity of your energy system; otherwise any healing efforts won’t last and health issues could remain persistently present.
Experienced practitioners working with the grid can sometimes misjudge it for cloacal energy and declare their grid healed when they sense it connecting to them. A skilled practitioner, however, knows the difference by sensing different resonance between faster cloacal energies and slower, deeper grid energies.
Mindvalley’s “Energy Medicine” course provides an entry point into the body’s natural energy systems, with Donna Eden as your guide as you learn to navigate meridians, chakras, auras, radiant circuits celtic weave five rhythms electrics and basic grid. While energy healing training may require significant time and energy investments from you it also offers incredible potential to transform and enrich your life.
Cloacals
Cloacals, small pebble-shaped stones placed three inches below the base of the spine on both sides, help anchor Grid energy. Cloacals also receive and transmit healing energy for both the grid itself and aura healing, though inexperienced practitioners sometimes rely too heavily on treating cloacals alone and declare them fixed when they feel a bridge form between broken pathways in their grid – but this doesn’t address its fundamental patterns as such and require advanced practitioner attention (EEM-AP).
The Grid can be thought of as the foundation of our energy body; it is one of the strongest energies. Though grid pathways may swish and move, unlike meridians they do not flow at an even pace like them; they move more slowly at deeper levels. When disturbed–say from shock or trauma–grid energy does not repair quickly or easily and various health and emotional conditions that seem intractable can have roots in an off balance grid pattern.
