Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET)

TRE is an energy therapy technique that employs the body’s natural physiological responses to release tension. The technique’s foundation lies in trauma leaving unresolved emotions and physical sensations as residue in its meridians and energy centers; these hold on energetically as blocks or disturbances which must be treated to eliminate trauma’s associated symptoms and heal itself.

EMDR therapy is an extremely effective solution for treating PTSD, anxiety and other traumatic conditions. Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT)

Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) is a profoundly effective body-mind-spirit approach to healing complex systems of developmental trauma. AIT helps eliminate and transform traumatic residue that often manifests itself as chronic anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement or physical illness that does not respond to conventional treatments. AIT draws from both deep Jungian psychology and ancient spiritual healing wisdom in order to treat emotional and physical trauma from its origins including complex PTSD as well as ancestral trauma.

As opposed to EMDR, which only addresses psychological traumas, AIT uses both mind and body approaches in tandem to treat trauma more holistically. AIT works to break traumatic patterns, permanently replace negative cognitions with positive ones and foster positive qualities within people.
