The KRT Input Well
The KRT Input Well is an extremely useful device that accepts nonlinear analog or pulse inputs and converts them to highly linear 0-10KHz frequencies, then scaled with 8 digit K-factors into count or rate data in different engineering units. For instance, if your transmitter outputs 4-20mA or 1-5V with its rate in gal/min then this unit displays 10000 divided by this value which then gets keyed into an appropriate rate K-factor to give an accurate gal/min readout.
