Fuse Vibration Therapy Device

Fuse is a muscle recovery device created by Sidekick, an athlete-founded consumer products company. Using vibration therapy to stimulate blood flow and relax muscles, Fuse targets muscle pain and trigger points throughout the body.

In this research study, handheld swinging-ring equipment was utilized that produced local vibration at 60 Hz. Consisting of four steel balls inside a spiraled tube which vibrate when moved by hand, this handheld swinging-ring equipment created localized oscillation.

Benefits

Vibration therapy can be used to improve muscle strength and flexibility as well as speed post-workout recovery. Additionally, vibration therapy offers pain relief from conditions like joint pain or fibromyalgia by stimulating muscles and increasing blood flow; lymphatic drainage increases and detoxifies your body while being used on any area from all over your body or specifically targeted muscles and joints – just a few minutes per session can produce significant benefits and is often combined with massage.

Whole-body vibration machines can be found in gyms and are becoming increasingly popular with athletes as well as people suffering from pain or injury. They work by vibrating the entire body, stimulating individual muscle fibers to contract and relax repeatedly – leading to fat burn, lean muscle formation, reduced bone density loss, muscle waste reduction and an increase in bone density; some studies even indicate it could aid in weight loss!

Vibration plates also work to stimulate the lymphatic system, which plays an essential role in clearing away toxins and maintaining fluid balance in your body. Unlike cardiovascular systems which rely on pumps to move fluid around, lymphatic systems rely on muscle movement instead. Vibration plate movements may help increase lymph flow to decrease post-workout soreness.

Scientists began exploring vibration therapy during the 20th century. Originally designed as an aid to astronauts to counteract muscle atrophy in space environments, later the technology was also adopted for sports training, to increase flexibility and facilitate faster recovery times.

Fuse vibration devices are among the most sought-after vibration treatments, designed to precisely target specific parts of the body. Used to address trigger points and muscle soreness, its more targeted approach makes it more accurate than foam rollers – and when combined with deep tissue massage treatments it can even enhance their effects!

Vibration therapy can be an invaluable asset in supporting athletic recovery and injury prevention, stimulating muscles while increasing blood flow to reduce stiffness and inflammation. Vibrations also stimulate muscle growth by increasing blood circulation to joints; using it alongside an appropriate training plan for maximum effectiveness.

Design

As soon as you use the fuse vibration therapy device, it feels like your muscles are receiving an invigorating massage. It relaxes muscle tissue while stimulating blood flow, decreasing stiffness and increasing range of motion. In addition, it targets trigger points while aiding mobility training – making it an effective way to recover from workouts while decreasing delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).

Ancient Greece used whole body vibration to treat injuries and enhance athlete recovery time, having discovered that vibration increased their muscular capacity and helped them recover quicker. Unfortunately, however, whole body vibration was soon put aside until scientists explored its benefits again during the 1960s – giving rise to rhythmic neuromuscular stimulation devices used today as therapies.

Hin Lai founded Sidekick with the goal of developing innovative muscle recovery tools for professional and high-performance athletes. After realizing foam rollers and lacrosse balls weren’t doing the trick, he sought out devices offering targeted muscle relief for recovery and pain reduction. Cortex Design provided their expertise managing independent contract designers, firmware contractors, and engineers.
