Gwyneth Paltrow’s 2020 Netflix show Goop Lab featured an energy practitioner who claimed that quantum mechanics’ fundamental principle – particles existing in multiple states until observed – indicates that “consciousness actually shifts or alters physical reality”. This practice, known as quantum woo among scientists, applies uncertain subatomic particle behaviors to people and their beliefs.

Manifestation is the practice of manifesting one’s desired goals, dreams, and desires into physical reality through intention. It is grounded in an understanding that all visible objects are composed of energy that vibrates at different frequencies – this invisible energy matrix has many names across history such as “ether,” Akashic Records,” Fourth Dimension,” Unified Field,” as it’s been scientifically verified as the source of all matter and energy in our universe.
At the center of manifestation lies an idealized vision of yourself that you wish to manifest into reality. Once this image has taken form, aligning mind and feelings with it and broadcasting a coherent quantum signal will attract experiences and opportunities to you.
