Peppermint bioresonance is one of many holistic healing techniques used to find relief for symptoms and diseases. This holistic healing modality emits counterfrequencies to reset your body’s energy frequencies.
Isothermal calorimetry was employed to study the life processes of maize and monocotyledonous weed (barnyard grass) seedlings treated with surfactants and peppermint oil nanoemulsions, specifically peppermint oil nanoemulsions (PNs). Our results demonstrated that these treatments significantly suppressed metabolic changes as evidenced by values on specific thermal power curves.
Stress Reduction
Peppermint is an excellent natural way to combat stress, helping alleviate anxiety, fatigue and depression while improving memory and alertness. This effect comes from relaxing muscles in the head and neck which relieves tension while relieving headaches. Furthermore, its use may aid with morning sickness in pregnant women as its oil contains menthol which has been shown to increase receptors in the nose for easier breathing, as well as increasing bile flow for improved digestion, relieving constipation, relieving constipation and soothing menstrual cramps.
Peppermint bioresonance may also help to lower blood pressure by modulating sympathetic nervous system response, and may serve as a natural stimulant that may help alleviate insomnia. When combined with other therapies such as detoxification, peppermint bioresonance may enable more efficient detoxification processes to rid the body of toxins and heavy metals more effectively.
This can be accomplished through emitting counterfrequencies, resetting your biomagnetic field and helping reset the body’s endocannabinoid system. This allows your body to more efficiently eliminate toxins while relieving discomfort by altering how you perceive pain.
Subjects were asked to rate peppermint essential oil and distilled water aromatherapy aromas using a visual analog scale (VAS; 0-100 mm). Participants used this scale for rating their level of valence (0 [very unpleasant, 100 [very pleasant]), activation (0 [not at all awake, 100 [very aroused], sadness, fear and anxiety (0 [no feeling, 100[feeling very happy]), gag reflex values were significantly greater following aromatherapy with peppermint oil than placebo aromatherapy treatments. Gag reflex values significantly increased when using aromatherapy with peppermint essential oil aroma therapy over placebo aromatherapy treatments; Gag reflex values were significantly greater after aromatherapy using peppermint essential oil aromatherapy than its placebo counterpart aromatherapy session. Studies on aromatherapy using peppermint oil were also shown to increase human subjects’ pain threshold, however there were limitations associated with this research. Due to their differing scents, blind studies were not possible – an examiner who measured gag reflex value wore a mask over his nose so as not to alert participants of what they were being treated with and ensure participants weren’t aware of treatment beforehand – potentially altering results and subject selection decisions.
Detoxification
Peppermint bioresonance therapy can assist the body in detoxification by rebalancing natural detoxification pathways. Furthermore, it identifies toxic substances within the body so they may be eliminated more efficiently. When using peppermint bioresonance it’s important to stay hydrated and get sufficient rest so the body has sufficient energy to flush out toxins from its system.
Peppermint oil’s antimicrobial properties can be instrumental in fighting infections when combined with natural remedies, especially when taken alongside them. Peppermint contains menthol which acts on mucus receptors in the nose to open nasal passageways and reduce congestion, as well as fight bacteria and promote healing. One study tested silica nanoparticles made from peppermint oil combined with cinnamonaldehyde – an aromatic compound responsible for cinnamon aroma – that were effective against four distinct kinds of bacteria and promoted fibroblast growth which aid tissue repair.
Peppermint can help ease stomach pain, nausea and indigestion related to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The herb can stimulate digestion and relieve constipation as well as relax nerves of the digestive tract to ease tension in your intestines. Inhaling peppermint oil may assist with asthma breathing problems like shortness of breath and wheezing while having analgesic properties to provide comfort from headaches, joint pain or menstrual cramps.
Peppermint oil contains cholagogue properties that can stimulate the release of bile to support liver function stimulation and support, soothe sore throats, and relax the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), potentially helping those experiencing heartburn.
Peppermint oil may help treat many health conditions, but it is always advisable to consult a healthcare provider prior to using it. As peppermint may interact with certain medications (anticoagulants and blood thinners in particular), and interfere with how our bodies metabolise cyclosporine–an organ transplant medication used to prevent immune rejection — as well as cause side effects in those suffering from rare enzyme deficiencies like G6PD deficiency, it should not be taken without consultation first.
Pain Management
Peppermint is an aromatic mint plant widely recognized for its refreshing taste in candy, gum and tea. It has many medicinal uses including antiviral, antidiabetic and digestive benefits; its oil contains analgesic and sedative effects; its cholagogue properties help facilitate fat digestion while liver-supportive properties may ease pain caused by illness or injury; additionally peppermint bioresonance emits counterfrequencies to reset one’s internal electromagnetic field, providing relief of symptoms associated with illness or injury.
According to research published in Molecular Biology, peppermint may help relieve digestive gas pains by relaxing stomach muscles and increasing bile flow, according to studies done with it. Furthermore, its menthol content relaxes airways in lungs and bronchial tubes for easier breathing, and its antispasmodic and euphoric effects reduce nausea, diarrhea and menstrual cramps; its antispasmodic and euphoric qualities reduce nausea, diarrhea, menstrual cramps as well as headaches and anxiety while increasing mental alertness processing speed as well as decreasing fatigue.
Peppermint and cinnamon antioxidants have been combined into silica nanoparticles that effectively kill bacteria, fungi, and viruses in test tubes. Furthermore, this treatment activates fibroblast cells – cells responsible for healing.
Bioresonance therapy is an excellent way to detect harmful toxins in the body and provide feedback regarding organs or tissues which have become overloaded with them. When combined with detoxification procedures, bioresonance therapists can assist your body in expelling them safely from its system.
Detoxification symptoms may include nausea, dizziness or dry skin. If any of these are experienced by you during detoxification, drink plenty of water and rest to give your body time to recover from its efforts.
Diluted peppermint essential oil applied topically can help relieve irritation from mild skin reactions caused by bioresonance sessions. Should any severe reactions arise, notify your practitioner who may alter your treatment plan as appropriate.
Insomnia
Insomnia is one of the most widespread sleep disorders, impacting millions worldwide. Insomnia can cause fatigue, depression and memory issues as well as increase risks for various chronic health conditions. Furthermore, insomnia can impede work productivity as well as negatively affecting personal relationships.
Researchers conducting a study published in BMJ Supportive & Palliative Care have reported that essential peppermint oil could reduce pain intensity after heart surgery, improve sleep quality in cardiac patients, and help them overcome postoperative anxiety by relieving postoperative discomfort with its menthol and carvone components. By decreasing pain severity and lengthening sleep duration duration respectively, their research hopes to decrease pharmaceutical pain relief prescription in these cases.
This study used a randomized controlled clinical trial with two experimental groups and one control group. Each participant received three drops of lavender or peppermint oil diluted in carrier oil that they applied directly onto a napkin before placing under their pillow at night. Before and after each experiment, participants completed the PSQI questionnaire to gauge sleep quality; results demonstrated significant improvements for experimental groups; PSQI scores improved significantly after treatment was given to them.
However, the difference was not statistically significant due to comparable PSQI scores between experimental groups prior to treatment and aromatherapy being carried out in an intensive care unit with multiple environmental influences on its participants.
Results of this randomized clinical trial indicate that inhaling peppermint and lavender essential oils may improve sleep quality for cardiac patients, although more studies are required to ascertain its long-term efficacy and to evaluate aromatherapy’s impact in more controlled settings, such as at home. We thank Imam Ali Hospital in Kermanshah, Iran, for their help and support in conducting this trial.
