This clinical trial will use the TheraBionic P1 device on people suffering from advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), who have exhausted other treatment options, in order to evaluate whether it extends their lives while remaining safe for long-term use. The goal is to see whether this treatment option can extend their lives while also guaranteeing its long-term safety.
Participants in this study must be 18 years old or over and have advanced HCC, defined as elevated hepatocellular markers. Furthermore, they must have attempted first and second line therapies without success to be eligible.
Participants taking any medication that blocks L-type or T-type voltage gated calcium channels such as amlodipine, nifedipine, ethosuximide or ascorbic acid/vitamin C should not participate. They should also refrain from drinking alcohol or eating foods known to trigger inflammation for one day before beginning treatment. Otherwise, participants must be healthy enough and capable of adhering to this study protocol.

Royal Raymond Rife developed an innovative microscope in the 1930s that allowed him to detect bacteria he believed contributed to diseases like cancer. From there he created the Rife frequency generator device, which claimed it could kill these bacilli by targeting specific electromagnetic frequencies at them and killing bacilli off.
