Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine for Low Energy

Sabine Wilms has spent over a decade studying medieval Chinese medicine and gynaecology. Her published works include translating Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand in Gold as well as writing a book on female bodies and cultivating life.

Sun Simiao stands out among ancient medical writers because he placed great value on expanding our understanding of personal cultivation beyond self-improvement to encompass society and macrocosm improvement as a whole. He elaborated this idea further in the introductory scrolls of Essential Prescriptions.

3. Strengthens the spleen

The spleen is responsible for food transformation, so a decrease in energy can cause digestive symptoms like bloating, fatigue, loose stools and easy bruising. Herbal remedies and acupuncture treatments can support healthy spleen function so your body can extract essential substances from what you eat.

Centuries of clinical experience have generated an extraordinary array of spleen-tonifying herbal remedies. Such time-tested formulas as Si Jun Zi Tang (Four Gentlemen Decoction), which blends these herbal remedies with dampness-draining ones such as ginseng, atractylodes and poria to strengthen digestion, increase vitality, and address imbalance at its source.

Diet is also key in maintaining the health of the spleen. When choosing your meals, strive to eat warm, cooked foods that can easily be digested. Avoid “cold energy” foods such as bread, pasta, ice cream and heavy dairy. For added nourishment before each meal say grace before starting!

4. Strengthens the kidneys

Walking and other forms of intentional movement such as Tai Qi can strengthen both Bladder and Kidney meridian channels, so walking and practicing Tai Qi are great ways to strengthen these organs. Ear infections, hearing loss or ringing in the ears may indicate weak kidney energy that requires extra support; craving salty foods is another telltale sign that your body needs additional nutrition for your kidneys.

CHM approaches that focus on syndrome differentiation have shown promise for improving renal function and decreasing proteinuria in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients via various mechanisms, including anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antifibrotic, and immunomodulatory actions (Table 1). Specific herbs like C. sinensis, S. miltiorrhiza, R. officinale and M. Adriaticum have demonstrated protective effects via modulation of various signaling pathways such as PI3K/Akt, NF-kB and AMP-activated protein kinase (Table 1).

6. Strengthens the heart

The Heart is responsible for controlling the flow of blood and oxygen throughout our veins, providing nourishment to all organs, as well as making sure Qi flows to all joints and limbs. When energy in the Heart becomes deficient, whole-body weakness results. Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine aim to strengthen digestion, nourish Spleen and increase baseline vitality while simultaneously addressing coexisting patterns like cold or dampness that impede Qi flow.

Acupuncture and herbal medicine provide support for heart health by increasing joy, exercising regularly, reducing stress, maintaining sleep hygiene and practicing good nutrition. One telltale sign of Heart Qi Deficiency is having pale tongue with thin white coating and an empty (Xu) pulse — soft and yielding upon touching fingers at left Cun.

7. Strengthens the liver

Chinese medicine assigns the liver with spring and the energy of wind and growth. When one organ becomes compromised, its impact can spread into the other organ.

The liver’s primary role is to ensure a free flow of Qi throughout the body, preventing stagnation and balancing excess. This has direct implications on digestive health; stagnant or blocked liver energy may wreak havoc with both Spleen and Stomach function leading to symptoms such as bloating, pain or alternate constipation and diarrhea.

The Liver is also essential in maintaining emotional equilibrium. A steady flow of qi helps us manage stress more effectively and promote resilience, but when this balance is disturbed it can result in anger or frustration being expressed freely – which acupuncture and herbs that promote smoother qi circulation can help alleviate. Incorporating nutritious food and movement practices which ease physical tension into daily routine can restore equilibrium as well.

9. Strengthens the immune system

The immune system is at work daily, fighting off bacteria, viruses and toxins that enter our bodies through inhalation, ingestion or cuts and scrapes. It’s an incredible defence system that keeps us alive and well. Acupuncture and Chinese herbs contain powerful immune-enhancing ingredients that will bolster your body’s natural defences, stimulating them for maximum effectiveness. If your immune system has become overactive, Chinese medicine can help calm it so that it recognizes what is safe to attack while only targeting pathogens. Becoming more rested, eating warming foods, and practicing stress reduction techniques will also help strengthen immunity. Herbs such as Licorice root, Astragalus and Ginseng are great immunity-enhancing herbs; known as adaptogenic herbs which mean they can either strengthen the immune system or calm it depending on what your body requires.

10. Strengthens the skeletal system

Studies demonstrate the correlation between bone strength and density and kidney health as well as vital energy flow through the skeleton, Chinese herbs used to strengthen bones by building qi, nourishing kidneys, and creating an equilibrium between yin and yang energy sources. This strategy can especially benefit postmenopausal women experiencing both loss of bone density and weakening kidneys – such as liquorice root, shiitake mushroom, Chinese taxillus herb, or cassia bark herbs for example.

Peter Gariaev and Vladimir Poponin Discover the DNA Phantom Effect

Peter Gariaev from Lebedev Physical Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences and Vladimir Poponin have recently discovered an unusual effect, known as ‘DNA Phantom.’ This phenomenon involves human DNA interacting with photons (light particles), leaving behind an energetic imprint which can be detected even after removal from DNA molecules.

What is the DNA phantom effect?

When present, DNA captures every photon that passes near it and holds them in an invisible force field around its molecule – creating an invisible force field around DNA which captures any that escape its influence and can even create new phantom fields around itself – thus rendering these experiments hard to replicate.

Dr. Peter Gariaev first discovered the DNA phantom effect in 1984 using physical DNA placed into a quartz cuvette and measured using laser photon correlation spectroscopy (LPCS). Once he took out his sample of DNA from his sample bag, devices still detected light scattering patterns similar to what they saw produced by physical DNA for up to 40 days after taking it out!

Gariaev postulated that this puzzling phenomenon was the result of a force field created by DNA phantoms. This field could capture photons and channel them back into a circular shape before also reshaping other molecules with similar vibrational signatures – for instance rearranging salamander embryos or frog eggs into hybrid-like structures.

One remarkable discovery was the finding that the DNA phantom field was composed of long-living and slowly propagating states, consistent with predictions made by nonlinear Fermi-Pasta-Ulam lattice (FPU) theory – this theory being seen as providing the basis for creating a nonlinear quantum field theory encompassing DNA phantom effects as well as possible physical theories of consciousness.

Although many of the claims regarding the DNA Phantom Effect have come from fringe scientists, there is enough evidence for further study. The DNA Phantom Effect has been linked with various fringe theories, such as Morphogenetic Fields (Sheldrake), which suggest an electromagnetic substrate for biological organization beyond genetics, and Telepathy which shows conscious communication across distances. Other researchers have even linked the DNA Phantom Effect with distant healing and consciousness survival (if biological information persists in field patterns). While such claims are controversial, they demonstrate how legitimate phenomena can be extrapolated into unfalsifiable claims that involve mixing measurements with subjective interpretations that produce extraordinary results that remain unverifiable and unverified.

How does the DNA phantom effect work?

The DNA Phantom Effect is one of many experimental demonstrations demonstrating the existence of subtle energy. Scientists have long attempted to capture and identify this form of subtle energy through various experiments; one such approach involves measuring changes in electromagnetic field responses through laser correlation spectroscopy.

When placed inside of a quartz container, physical DNA samples naturally absorb all the photons that pass by them and reflect back towards themselves as photons are reflected back toward them.

This process works similarly to how mirrors function; when someone walks past one, photons in their surrounding environment bend towards them and reflect off it – this happens because photons are drawn toward its polarization. When DNA molecules are in quartz containers, photons in their environment are drawn toward them and reflect back toward them.

Gariaev‘s experiments demonstrated that photons that reflect toward DNA could be measured using the same method used to detect its vibrational modes and that photons from such reflections did not dissipate after removal from the cuvette.

Data indicate that DNA phantom fields possess an inherent ability to couple with conventional electromagnetic fields of laser radiation, making it consistent with nonlinear quantum mechanical field theory and providing us with a tool for studying it on scientific and quantitative grounds. This is highly significant, enabling us to examine DNA phantom fields as pure scientific phenomena.

Experiments on DNA phantoms revealed another unexpected discovery – that their field appears to have an extraordinarily long life-time. This finding is particularly notable, as it implies that this field can exist in non-moving and stationary states – unlike known nonlinear localized excitations like solitons which tend to have short lifetimes. Thus the DNA phantom field may represent an overlooked substructure of the quantum vacuum which provides new possibilities for research into consciousness and the universe! It was an extremely exciting discovery that unlocked all sorts of possibilities for research into consciousness and the universe!

blank

Why is the DNA phantom effect important?

The DNA Phantom Effect is significant because it demonstrates how DNA can leave an energetic imprint even after being physically eliminated from our lives, which can be detected using standard optical equipment. Furthermore, this effect suggests that DNA has the power to influence other living things like plants and animals similarly to how gravity operates on our planet.

Gariaev conducted his experiment by placing DNA samples in quartz cuvettes and measuring light scattering patterns with a laser photon correlation spectrometer (LPCS), an instrument capable of detecting electromagnetic fields produced by DNA solutions. Gariaev observed that even after his sample had been removed from the device, its photon detector continued detecting patterns similar to those produced by physical DNA for up to 40 days – further evidence that such persistence is possible.

This was an astonishing discovery that led to much discussion. Some scientists suggest that the DNA Phantom Effect may be evidence of quantum entanglement between DNA and its environment; this would mean DNA could transfer information directly into this environment for communication or controlling biological systems.

Scientists have theorized that the DNA Phantom Effect may be caused by electromagnetic energy emanating from DNA molecules and being absorbed by nearby particles to form an electromagnetic field around it; this field then influences physical properties within its surroundings.

Another possibility for the DNA phantom effect could be related to magnetic forces between molecules. When DNA molecules are arranged in a certain pattern, they will attract one another magnetically and create a force that can be measured using a magnetic detector – potentially being used as an effective means to transmit genetic information.

However, mainstream biologists and physicists generally dismiss such claims. Replications efforts have failed to replicate the phantom effect in controlled conditions; furthermore reported genetic transduction conflicts with molecular genetics (genetic information is stored as molecular sequence rather than electromagnetic signatures) so this phenomenon may simply be the result of instrumental noise, contamination by residual DNA molecules, or electrostatic charges.

How can the DNA phantom effect be used?

The DNA Phantom Effect can be utilized for numerous applications. For example, it can help determine vibrational modes in DNA solutions and measure interactions with electromagnetic fields – providing valuable information that could enable new devices that detect subtle energy fields.

Gariaev first documented the DNA Phantom Effect during his experiments, claiming his DNA can still have an influence over laser light scattering even when physically removed from an experiment, leaving a persistent field structure behind.

This phantom field structure is characterized by nonlinear localized excitations (NLEs) with long living times predicted by the Fermi-Pasta-Ulam lattice model and can be measured using a low frequency laser photon correlation spectrometer (LPCS). Multiple experiments using different DNA samples have revealed similar autocorrelation functions from measurements performed using an LPCS instrument; suggesting that this phantom DNA field structure represents a nonlinear solution to anharmonic Fermi-Pasta-Ulam lattice lattice model (FPU).

Potentially, DNA fields could interact with electromagnetic waves to amplify or even create electromagnetic radiation – this may explain why DNA is so successful at trapping photons.

Although mainstream science has rejected these claims, they have gained increasing traction in fringe biophysics and consciousness studies. Some believe that the DNA Phantom Effect proves biophoton fields exist; others propose that it explains remote healing or telepathy by transmitting electromagnetic information stored within DNA field patterns as electromagnetic waves pass over them.

Philips GoLITE BLU Energy Light Therapy Lamp

Philips claims its goLITE blu energy light lamp can assist those suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder as well as anyone needing help to beat winter blues or maintain energy throughout their day. A quick session in the morning may supposedly help wake you up feeling refreshed while one before travel can reduce jetlag and keep energy levels up during travel.

Product Description

Philips believes its portable energy light, goLITE BLU, may offer the answer for those suffering from seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and needing extra assistance getting through each morning. Philips claims this compact device mimics daylight’s natural energy-boosting abilities to boost mood, increase energy levels and combat winterblues.

Philips says its device does just this by producing an exact replica of the kind of pure blue light found on sunny, clear days that emits sunlight itself – said to trigger chemical release that makes you feel refreshed.

Users can control both intensity of light (in 25 percent increments) and duration of each session through touchscreen control. By default, it will turn off after 30 minutes; if you wish to keep it on longer just press and hold for a few seconds to temporarily pause it.

Philips suggests using their light for 20 to 30 minutes daily, positioning it within your field of vision at arm’s length and adjusting its stand so it shines tangentially onto your face. You should also use it a few days prior to traveling in order to help adjust to a different timezone (morning sessions when heading east; evening sessions when heading west). A faux leather slip case completes the package.

Biohacking Ethics

Many scientists are frustrated with the slow rate of translating scientific discoveries to products. This frustration drives some biohackers to bypass existing regulations and experiment with their tools in unapproved ways.

While these frustrations may be legitimate, they should not serve as justification to bypass safety precautions. Biohackers need to be considered within the scope of research ethics.

Biohacking is a form of self-improvement

Biohacking refers to any scientific experimentation or research carried out outside a formal research program. Proponents of this form of experimentation argue that scientific research is being hindered by regulations and bureaucratic processes; furthermore they assert that biohackers have every right to access these tools for improving their health and well-being; they claim traditional scientists lack access to safe and effective independent pathways that offer more independence but with minimal risks involved. Biohacking should always be undertaken responsibly.

Biohacking offers many benefits to individuals. These include increased longevity, greater freedom, and the capacity to enhance one’s mental, physical and emotional state. Furthermore, biohacking techniques tend to be cheaper than conventional treatments; however biohackers must take care not to overdo self-improvement, as excessive self-help could cause various side effects and problems.

Alongside genetic editing, DIY medical interventions such as supplements and diets are becoming more and more popular among biohackers. Many biohackers are experimenting with iodine supplementation to lower their blood pressure, or cold and heat therapies to boost metabolism – these may have adverse side effects therefore it’s wise to discuss them with a physician prior to engaging in such practices.

As with the practice of meditation, improper execution can also prove hazardous. Biohackers utilize mindfulness meditation to increase energy levels while others use it for better mental health benefits. Unfortunately, mindfulness requires an intensive level of concentration that may prove challenging for some individuals and is therefore not advised for people living with specific conditions.

blank

Though biohacking may seem risky and unethical to some scientists, they should still recognize its merits and look into ways to promote it. Trained engineers could work alongside moderate biohackers to shape safer and more ethical outcomes together. Furthermore, scientific community should investigate ways to speed up treatment development for lifesaving therapies more quickly so as to address frustrations driving some biohackers away from traditional labs into garages.

Biohacking is a form of self-defense

Biohackers utilize DIY biology to optimize their own health and wellbeing while using research as activism against existing healthcare and society institutions. For instance, high costs associated with insulin and EpiPens have inspired some individuals to try preparing their own versions – however this practice should only be undertaken under proper guidance as it poses health risks as well as regulatory difficulties when conducted in basements and kitchens.

Biohacking‘s rising popularity is creating tension between traditional scientific communities and this countercultural group. Although biohackers may have valid concerns that restrictive ethical precautions hinder innovation, this does not justify disregarding legal practices and reaching dangerous levels of independence. Trained engineers do have common ground with moderate groups of biohackers; they can lead them down safer paths that do not jeopardize either their personal safety or public health.

One of the main challenges of biohackers’ activities is determining their ethics. For example, biohackers might alter their DNA using CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing technology in order to increase muscle growth – this kind of experiment does not take place within a laboratory environment and in most places would likely be considered illegal as it breaches ethics codes; potentially leading to life-threatening injuries as a result.

Lacking an official regulatory system, it can be challenging to uphold standards and protect safety. While biohackers have created their own laboratories, many are poorly run without formal safety procedures or training in place; criminals may use such labs as bases from which they sell illegal drugs or products (in India for instance biohackers are offering non-regulated Ayurvedic products which promise results but have never been independently tested).

Communication is the cornerstone of a productive partnership between biohackers and trained scientists. Both parties must agree upon a set of principles; for instance, biohackers must respect their body’s natural pace when healing; credit their sources appropriately when sharing traditional practices; avoid theft and plagiarizing others’ work; etc.

blank

Biohacking is a form of self-care

People often use biohacking as a form of self-care. From improving sleep quality and inflammation reduction, to strengthening immunity and immune health, biohacking offers many advantages; but it also comes with some risks; before including biohacking into your self-care routine, it’s essential that you discuss options with a healthcare provider so that it remains safe and effective.

Moderate biohackers express legitimate frustration with ethical regulations’ slow pace of innovation, yet cannot argue they deserve to bypass them in pursuit of their research goals. Their actions also carry with them high risks that can potentially harm individuals; especially when working with technologies like germline editing. It is essential to acknowledge these unique challenges moderate biohackers face when creating an ethical code of conduct for this new form of citizen science.

Trained professionals do not owe an ethical duty to teach citizens, but they can contribute to the biohacking movement by creating a pathway for people to learn how to use scientific tools and share their discoveries with the public. This would provide the community with an opportunity to collaborate with scientists and bring life-saving technology closer. Biohackers could also take this as an opportunity to broaden their perspectives about medical science – an integral component of scientific progress.

Ethical biohacking starts from a foundation and stance that recognizes and acknowledges the body’s pace, credits traditional paths, protects autonomy, privacy, and access, emphasizes cultural care, equitable practices and cultural care practices, while emphasizing cultural care and equal practices. Biohacking practices should include staged consent processes. After three weeks it should be reviewed again while making clear that data collection is voluntary rather than compulsory.

Ethical biohacking requires consideration of cultural differences that affect how people view their health, and certain cultures’ acceptance of biohacking concepts. India, with its practice of Ayurveda that uses herbal supplements without regulations, seems especially open to biohacking techniques; nevertheless, even countries with strong regulatory bodies need ethical frameworks in place that support new medical treatments that could emerge through biohacking techniques.

Biohacking is a form of self-awareness

Many biohackers feel that traditional science has become too complex and bureaucratic, and seek to democratize scientific tools. But they should remember this comes with risks, so it is essential they abide by any rules created by scientists or engineers for their safety; such as not using untested products that might lead to health complications or obtain information from reliable sources and cross-check their claims with multiple sources before making decisions based on them.

Lifestyle changes like exercising or forgoing alcohol may be safe for all individuals, such as exercise or abstaining from alcohol consumption; however, others can be harmful for certain people with medical conditions, particularly diabetics and people taking medications such as insulin. Furthermore, fasting may cause blood sugar levels to drop too drastically; in such instances it’s wise to consult your physician prior to trying any new diet or supplement regimens.

Biohacking aims to help individuals discover ways to optimize their bodies and enhance their lives, with some biohackers looking solely to increase energy while others employ biohacking as an act of activism – for instance, the Open Insulin Project attempts to reduce the costs of insulin and EpiPens for those living with Type 1 diabetes – although its creators have been accused of violating biomedical ethics principles through this practice, it demonstrates how technology can enhance our lives for good.

Biohackers should engage with traditional scientific communities to establish ethical guidelines for their work, helping prevent misrepresentations or misinterpretations caused by reckless experimentation. By coming together and working collaboratively on this effort, both groups will find common ground while benefitting from each other’s perspectives.

Ethical biohacking works best when it prioritizes honoring the body over performance metrics, credits and protects knowledge holders, prioritises equity access privacy while remaining humble, lineage and just. Technology should support rather than replace ancestral wisdom or self-trust in its application to biohacking techniques.

What is Quantum Field Healing and How Can it Benefit You?

Quantum healing, an approach which utilizes visualization and intention to bring about change, has gained in popularity among wellness, spirituality, and alternative medicine practitioners. Quantum healing offers an effective method for overcoming emotional blocks such as self-doubt or fear that may prevent you from reaching your goals. According to Burt, quantum healing provides an efficient means of clearing away such roadblocks to reaching success in reaching ones’ desired goals.

Guided visualization techniques enable you to tap into alternate versions of yourself to unlock energy blockages and help reach your goals more quickly. Here’s how you can start today:

Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an ancient, gentle, and noninvasive healing art practiced through touching. Reiki practitioners rely on this energy to heal themselves and others as well as improve health and wellbeing – even when combined with medication or psychotherapy treatments.

Reiki sessions begin by having the practitioner gently place their hands on or just above the client’s body, with them remaining fully clothed throughout the whole session. You should expect to feel sensations such as warmth, tingling or sense of more abundant energy flow during and after receiving Reiki treatments; you may even notice your breath slow down and shoulders relax more fully than normal during this process. Reiki has long been touted for helping relieve stress levels when life becomes stressful or overwhelming.

Reiki is an efficient and safe therapy used for virtually every condition imaginable, from broken bones to fibromyalgia. Reiki therapy has also become a standard part of cancer treatments at Memorial Sloan Kettering hospitals and clinics such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center; offering treatment can ease their chemotherapy or radiation protocols and may reduce discomfort significantly for their patients.

Reiki energy is guided by both an all-knowing higher power and your higher self, making it suitable for everyone to experience healing at every level of physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. No contraindications exist for Reiki treatments – instead it works alongside medical and therapeutic care to promote health on all levels – physical, emotional, mental, spiritual.

blank

Reiki should not be seen as a cure-all solution and regular visits with healthcare providers such as therapists or psychiatrists remain necessary, but using Reiki regularly may help shift your mindset from reactive to more proactive and help identify where stress builds up in the body allowing early responses before it lingers too much resulting in more stable foundation for healing and growth.

Visualization

Qi (pronounced like chee) is the energy that flows throughout your body and plays an essential role in both Chinese medicine and martial arts. If your Qi becomes blocked, physical or emotional problems may ensue, leading to treatments like acupuncture, qigong and tai chi. Quantum healing takes this concept a step further; using quantum theory which holds that everything is made of energy and each action affects others via ripple effects, quantum healers are trained to help shift your energy and improve your health by using holistic tools like meditation, ayurveda and yoga – creating an environment conducive for healing!

Though these techniques should not replace medical advice, they can help supplement it.

Breathing

According to quantum healing, our health is determined by how we consciously interact with energy. Through practices like meditation, yoga, Ayurveda and other holistic approaches such as Ayurveda or holistic techniques like Acupuncture/Tai Chi/Qigong quantum healers assert that mind power can be harnessed as a powerful weapon against unbalanced energy flow in our bodies through meridians; when this flow becomes imbalanced it can cause physical, emotional and spiritual ailments which require intervention such as Acupuncture/Tai Chi/Qigong help restore natural equilibrium in Qi (pronounced “chee”). Quantum techniques like Acupuncture/Tai Chi/Qigong work well to restore natural balance of Qi.

If you’re curious to explore these esoteric healing experiences, it is wise to do so under the supervision of a quantum healing practitioner trained in how to safely work with energy.
