In the last fifty years radionics has become a tool for finding hidden resources and treating crops, livestock and humans. It also is used to help solve personal problems and health issues.
Heironymus and Young were among the first to state that the operator is the key element in radionics and electricity was not necessary.
The History of Copen Radionics
In the beginning of radionics, many persons were involved. One was Ruth Drown who designed and built her own device in 1940. She was a very innovative person and had some interesting ideas. She also was the first to recognize that thought is a factor in radionics and this was a major departure from Abrams who believed the instrument did all the work. Drown’s devices were very effective.
In modern times, there are several persons who are producing and selling devices. The ones most familiar to me are the Hieronymus type devices that were adapted by T. Galen Hieronymus in the Twentieth Century. Hieronymus had a way of making these devices much easier to use and more accurate. The Hieronymus instruments for sale today are based on his design and have been improved upon by the various people who have followed in his footsteps.
Another type of radionics device that is quite popular is the Care ND System by CopenLabs Ltd. in the UK. This is an electronic instrument that comes with a laptop computer with a database of rates and frequencies in the software program. You can search the database by word or number to find a rate such as for a particular disease.
This is a very useful tool for those who are interested in using this technique to help people. However, this is a complicated device and I have found that it is prone to static electricity when working outdoors or in damp weather.
There is also a person named Peter von Buengner who has developed a new device for Radionics. His literature describes it as a “System for Instrumental Bio Communication with Quantec.” He appears to be at the forefront of Radionics combined with computer technology and he incorporates ideas from Rupert Sheldrake and other concepts such as morphic fields. He also refers to the Akashic Records described by Cayce and relates these to his radionics process.
Copen Therapy
The modern Copen machine incorporates a number of dials that represent various frequencies for different healing purposes. It also includes dials for gemstones and color. Tansley used his intuition and research he had done on the radionics machine to determine how he should place the dials for optimum energy. He also included numerology into his device using a system of 0-10 and eight resonators, with ten symbolizing harmony.
Other Radionics practitioners have incorporated treating fields or chakras into their practice. For example, Red Chestnut, a flower essence, treats “patterns of imbalance such as blame, self-criticism, inability to accept oneself and fearful anticipation of problems for others.” (354) Using a flower remedy with a copen machine is called Spiritual Radionics.
