Until the early nineteen thirties there seemed to be no system or logical correlation amongst the various radionic tuning rates for conditions and body organs. Then in the fall of 1934 a remarkable series of experiments was made by two scientists, T. G. Hieronymous and A. Stanley Rogers, with a battery-operated Calbro Magnowave radionic instrument inside a tent staked down on the prairie in Kansas. Hieronymous and Rogers would bury a piece of metal at different distances, depths, directions from the tent and then operate the radionics to see which tunings would most strongly bring in the radiations from the buried metal. This was repeated day after day until a large amount of data had been accumulated. From this data some very significant principles emerged which formed the basis for the first and in fact only methodical, systematic, scientific system of radionics.
In addition to the standard set of two-dial rate banks that are supplied with a Kelly Analyzer, a user may add up to eight additional round-dial rates for analysis, balance and potentization. These can be purchased from various sources. Adding these extra rate banks is an inexpensive and easy way to expand the capabilities of the instrument.
These additional rate banks are especially useful when working with the more complex meridian index. The meridian index allows for the identification of weaker patterns of information that need to be cleared or strengthened by broadcasting specific frequencies and vibrations.

Energetic balancing is the process of identifying and eliminating dissonant pathological energetic patterns within an organism. It begins with a broadcast on weaker patterns, typically those under 200 on the intensity dial, to tune up the organism’s energetic symphony. Then, stronger patterns are identified and eliminated one at a time, starting with those most significant to the organism’s health.
A two-dial rate allows the practitioner to set multiple conditions simultaneously. For example, a cancer rate could be set on Bank 1 and syphilis on Bank 2. Then, when the instrument is turned on, it broadcasts the information-as-energy associated with each condition.
