Dr Hulda Clark and the Zapper

Clark asserted that her device, the Zapper, could cure many forms of disease based on bioresonance theory. Parasitics, viruses and bacteria all possess specific electrical frequencies of oscillation; when exposed to these frequencies they enter bioresonance and die off.

Hulda Regehr Clark was an unconventional alternative health practitioner who published few scientific papers and made many unsubstantiated claims regarding her Zapper device.

It is a device that generates low-voltage waves

The device creates low-voltage waves which are transmitted through copper handles or electrodes. It consists of a 9-volt battery, pulse generator circuit and two copper handles which the user holds or places on various parts of their body for easy transmission of low-voltage waves with DC component of 2.5V frequency of 30kHz frequency and maximum output voltage of 27 V; suitable for adults as well as children.

The first theory involves using fixed frequencies to disable pathogens. Devices associated with this approach include Hulda Clark’s device as well as U.S. patents No. 8,781,573 by Patrick Murphy, No. 5,690,692 by Janet Fleming, and No. 5,925,071 by Craig Story; these patents use specific frequencies for treating various conditions.

However, studies have revealed that using lower frequencies between 1-4 Hz is more effective than fixed frequency 30kHz devices. Furthermore, children and adults can use this device without experiencing discomfort. Furthermore, it’s easier than the devices described by patents ‘573 and ‘692, needing only one treatment and providing faster responses time than fixed-frequency devices found here.

It is a device that generates pulsations

Hulda Clark was a controversial alternative health practitioner who claimed her device could treat various illnesses by eliminating parasites and toxins. These claims weren’t supported by rigorous scientific research, however. Instead, her device generates low-voltage pulses which are delivered directly into the body through copper handles or electrodes; these pulses displace ions within the body, disrupting normal biological processes thereby leading to discomfort or sickness for some individuals.

The device that generates pulsations consists of two modules, the power supply module 201 and pulse generator module 202, connected by a control module 204 that connects them. Based on pre-set control information such as pulse generation intervals or parameter control instructions, the control module then sends control instructions directly to the pulse generator module which in turn produces pulse signals according to these instructions based on selected pulse parameters, before transmitting these pulses onto electrodes of microbial cleaning devices so they may clean blood or other liquid.

Contrary to devices described in prior publications, which utilise a fixed frequency of 30kHz with voltage less than 9V, this invention uses lower frequency and higher voltage (up to 27V for adults) for better therapeutic effect. Furthermore, its positively offset waveform is no longer necessary in its operation, making this invention both user-friendly and safer to operate.

One family, consisting of an adult male age 39, an adult female aged 35, and two young girls ages 2 and 5, have been using the device for about one year and noticed their flu symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough and muscle aches wane after using this device – as well as any high fever that would normally persist becoming much milder over time.

It is a device that generates sound

Dr Hulda Clark proposed that her zapper could help cure numerous diseases. This electronic device generates low-voltage pulses at 30kHz frequency and features two copper handles or electrodes which the user holds between their hands or places on different parts of the body for treatment. Powered by a 9V battery and featuring an easy circuit including timer IC 555, NPN transistor, resistors and capacitors – it was initially claimed it could even prevent cancer!

Contrary to other zappers, this device features a current-limiting stage in its output that helps prevent tissue damage while providing a safe and effective means of eliminating parasites. This feature can especially beneficial for cancer patients looking to reduce parasitic burden in order to allow other treatments to work more effectively; additionally it has many uses for those living with bronchial asthma as it reduces medication spray requirements; some even report being able to stop taking their asthma medication altogether after just a few treatments sessions with this zapper!

Shockwave Therapy For Plantar Fasciitis and Other Musculoskeletal Conditions

Shockwave therapy is one of the most effective non-invasive solutions to treat stubborn musculoskeletal conditions like tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis, stimulating healing while decreasing pain without incurring additional side effects of more invasive interventions.

Meta-analysis revealed that low-energy ESWT (0.10 mJ/mm2) was more successful in relieving pain and increasing function during chronic LE treatment than high-energy ESWT (0.20 mJ/mm2). Further research with larger sample sizes and randomized controlled trials must confirm these findings.

Benefits

As shockwave therapy can help treat plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, shoulder pain and other injuries effectively, it may reduce symptoms and restore quality of life. Shockwave therapy (also referred to as extracorporeal shock wave treatment, ESWT or extracorporeal shock wave therapy) is a noninvasive technique which uses acoustic sound waves to promote healing in injured parts of the body – it has even been successfully applied in treating tendinopathies (tendonitis) and fibromyalgia!

At each treatment session, acoustic sound waves are transmitted using a handheld device placed against the affected area. These sound waves penetrate deep into tissue and help stimulate collagen production for healing damaged tissues. Furthermore, blood flow to this area increases significantly as these sound waves deliver vital nutrients necessary for rapid healing.

Shockwaves have been shown to significantly increase cell membrane permeability and circulation within treated areas, helping promote healing while breaking down calcium deposits within tissues. Shockwaves may also stimulate osteoblasts to produce new bone while stimulating fibroblasts to produce collagen which repairs damaged tissues more effectively.

ESWT has been proven to successfully treat various musculoskeletal conditions, including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, patellar tendinitis (jumper’s knee), rotator cuff tendinitis, calcific tendinitis fractures/stress fractures of bone stress fractures/hip bursitis as well as bone marrow lesions. Furthermore, ESWT can also speed recovery after surgery such as rotator cuff repair or ankle reconstruction surgeries/surgeries/surgeries/etc.

Important to keep in mind is the distinction between shockwave treatments. Some devices such as EPAT and low energy waves do not qualify as true ESWT and have been termed pressure wave therapy; although they may provide relief in early stages of inflammation, these therapies do not stimulate new tissue formation or healing of damaged areas.

High Energy ESWT with the Dornier Epos Ultra is an FDA Class III-approved treatment that offers real healing and repairs damaged tendons and fascia in one 20 minute treatment, making this an excellent alternative to more invasive procedures that may lead to surgical interventions. Make an appointment now and begin your journey towards pain-free living!

Safety

Shock wave therapy is an effective and minimally invasive solution for musculoskeletal conditions, although its exact mechanism remains unknown. A proposed mechanism is mechanotransduction; which describes how mechanical stimuli cause biological responses such as migration, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis in response to mechanical stimulation. Another proposed mechanism of action includes pain modulation via changes in neurotransmitter concentrations activating pain-killing systems.

Clinical research has established the safety and effectiveness of shockwave therapy when administered under the direction of a certified physician. A variety of factors affect its success and safety; among these are energy type/intensity used, application technique (focused or radial), number of treatment sessions/frequency and use of analgesia during therapy.

ESWT has been found safe for patients suffering from various musculoskeletal conditions, including acute and chronic injuries to shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, hips, ankles, and feet. Furthermore, this therapy has proven itself effective against degenerative diseases like arthritis, osteoporosis bone fractures and delayed or nonunion wounds.

Numerous studies demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of ESWT as a treatment for calcifying tendinitis of the rotator cuff, including single-blind, randomized clinical trials.

Studies comparing high energy shockwave therapy (HESWT) against low energy ESWT or placebo concluded that higher energy ESWT provided significantly greater pain relief and functional outcomes than its low energy counterpart.

The authors of the study suggest that clinicians adhere to ESWT usage guidelines. They advise against applying it at sites with significant vascularity or bone metastases as these could increase risks of complications and complicate care plans. Clinical focusing, the application of shockwaves over areas of maximal pain, should also be used as a way of optimizing results and application.

The therapist will apply a probe to the affected area after applying a gel that conducts waves. As shockwaves travel throughout their bodies, patients will feel some mild pressure. Throughout treatment, he or she will ask whether the shockwaves are painful and adjust intensity as necessary; usually however, treatment can be completed without needing anesthetic unless specifically requested by patient.

Patient Education

Shock wave therapy is an innovative non-invasive solution. Your physician may recommend it as part of an overall treatment plan if traditional conservative measures such as physical therapy or medication have failed to provide sufficient pain relief for your condition. Shock wave therapy makes a valuable addition to recovery regimens and may help speed the return of movement and function faster than anticipated.

Your OCC physician will evaluate if you qualify for either focused or radial shock wave therapy, or both, based on your clinical history and diagnosis. ESWT creates pressure waves or shockwaves which trigger your body’s natural healing response in order to decrease pain, increase blood flow, and encourage tissue regeneration.

At each treatment session, shockwaves are administered through a probe attached to your skin after gel has been applied to help conduct them. High energy therapy may cause some discomfort; therefore a local anesthetic may be suggested for added comfort; while low-energy sessions often produce minimal or no pain and are frequently performed without needing anesthetics.

Shockwave therapy sessions typically last 20 minutes. Your physician will likely schedule multiple treatments over three to four weeks in order to achieve maximum effectiveness; some patients experience immediate relief while others don’t notice its benefits until several weeks have gone by. Your physician will monitor your progress and decide when it is time for another visit.

Once the initial series of treatments have concluded, your doctor is likely to suggest continued shockwave sessions on an ongoing basis to maintain maximum pain reduction and rehabilitation progression. Depending on your diagnosis, some level of activity may also be recommended in order to promote bone and tendon healing.

Many different devices exist for shockwave therapy, but not all of them provide equal results. Licensed physicians who have completed specialized training and certification in using focused or radial shockwave therapy are the most effective practitioners, while cheap machines that create only pressure or noise waves should not be considered ESWT treatments.

Procedure

ESWT therapy involves using a hand-held device with a probe that emits shockwaves. It’s then placed over an area of discomfort – usually tendonitis or another muscle issue – where pain exists, with no side effects reported during or after treatment. Sessions generally last less than 30 minutes each and may need to take place over multiple body areas over multiple sessions, possibly weekly depending on severity.

Shockwave therapy is an innovative noninvasive solution to pain management that offers immediate relief for plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, shoulder (tendinitis or rotator cuff), hip bursitis stress fractures and bone marrow lesions. Shockwave Therapy may also aid recovery after surgery such as rotator cuff repairs.

ESWT offers many advantages; however, more research needs to be conducted regarding its efficacy. One proposed mechanism of action involves mechanotransduction: mechanical stimuli can alter cell behaviors like migration, proliferation, differentiation or apoptosis through mechanical mechanotransduction.

Though numerous studies have demonstrated the efficacy of ESWT, individual results vary. To know whether ESWT will be useful to you, speak to a healthcare provider to assess your condition and create a tailored treatment plan.

One of the keys to successful ESWT treatment lies in its intensity. Low energy shockwave machines generate radial pressure waves that diverge from their source and may not be effective enough at treating chronic conditions such as plantar fasciitis or calcific tendinitis.

Verstraelen et al conducted a recent meta-analysis comparing high and low energy shockwave machines, and discovered that high energy devices consistently delivered more positive results than low energy equipment. This may be attributed to their waves converging more directly onto target tissue resulting in the most efficient use of energy and creating desired effects more rapidly. Furthermore, high energy equipment also allows greater levels of customization which ensure that treatment intensity matches patient need more effectively.

What is Ultra High Frequency (HIFU) Therapy?

Like magnifying glasses focus sunlight rays onto specific tissue points, HIFU uses ultrasound energy to non-invasively target specific points on target tissues without harming adjacent areas. High intensity focused US waves target their heat directly at their desired targets without causing collateral damage in intervening tissues.

The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your unique needs and circumstances. Major life events like job changes, relationship challenges or financial concerns could require you to reevaluate how often therapy sessions should occur.

Increases Oxygen to the Skin

HIFU therapy is a non-invasive medical treatment using ultrasound waves to deliver energy directly into the body without damaging nearby tissues and skin. This therapy focuses on targeting specific regions within tissue such as tumors or cysts to cause biological reactions without harming surrounding areas or organs; much like when children used magnifying glasses to focus sunrays into sparking fires as children experimented.

High frequency facial machines feature smooth tempered glass electrodes filled with oxygen-rich gases called inert gases that have excellent oxygenating properties. When placed against the skin, an electrode emits a gentle electrical current to create enriched oxygen molecules which penetrate deep into skin layers to kill acne-causing bacteria and soothe inflammation while simultaneously stimulating collagen and elastin production for noticeable softening effects.

A session is generally painless, though you may notice a tingling sensation as the electrode moves across the face. To maximize results from treatment it is wise to avoid applying any heavy creams or lotions prior to receiving treatment and also remove metal jewelry such as piercings as their energy can heat these areas up quickly.

HIFU can provide an effective alternative to surgical plastic surgery procedures, chemical peels and Collagen/Botox injections. Though results don’t appear immediately, a series of 3-6 treatments is generally required to achieve maximum effectiveness. It can reduce puffy eyes, tighten skin, lift eyebrows and improve skin tone – not to mention inflammation reduction, removal of fibroid cysts from lymphedema cysts as well as shrink enlarged pores and treating scarring/stretch marks while preventing wrinkles!

Reduces Puffy Eyes

Fluid buildup in and around your eyes can create puffiness. By stimulating lymphatic fluid flow and increasing blood flow, high frequency can help decrease edema while firming skin by tightening fine lines and wrinkles for an instant facial lift. The mild warmth created by electrical currents also gives an instant facial lift!

HFES is an attractive treatment option for pain modulation at kilohertz frequencies because it inhibits multiple proinflammatory mediators with specific downstream pathophysiologic effects, such as CGRP, substance P and HMGB1 (De Matteis et al. 2020). Furthermore, studies have demonstrated its efficacy against neuroinflammation caused by peripheral nerve injury in the CCI model of chronic pain with significantly fewer side effects than chronic pharmacological treatments (Lin et al. 2021).

Ultra high frequency therapy offers numerous advantages to anyone looking for non-invasive alternatives to facelift surgery, from facials and non-invasive facelifts, to non-invasive anti-ageing. It’s safe and provides results without downtime or pain associated with surgery – something our Eugene medical spa directly oversees by plastic surgeon Dr. Kiya Movassaghi so you can be assured your experience will be positive! Give us a call now and arrange a consultation, you won’t be disappointed with what awaits you!

Reduces Inflammation

As with the classic childhood trick of using magnifying glasses to concentrate sunlight into magnified sunrays and start fires, high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy uses ultrasonic waves to precisely target areas of tissue without harming intervening tissues. US waves travel through layers of tissue until reaching their target where they create thermal lesions which can then be destroyed or altered without surgery or needles.

Reflected energy from the target tissue can induce an immune response in nearby tissues that helps destroy cancer cells, reduce inflammation and facilitate healing. HIFU can also deliver anti-inflammatories to ease pain after surgery or injury.

High frequency treatments use energy to stimulate circulation, helping improve skin tone and elasticity while decreasing fine lines and wrinkles. They may also alleviate fluid build-up under the eyes that leads to puffy eyes; finally, these treatments help refine skin texture while tightening pores resulting in an overall more youthful look.

Our lymphatic system is an intricate network of small vessels and nodes that transport fluids and proteins from body tissue back into our circulatory system, returning fluids back into circulation. If this network becomes compromised or blocked, chronic, debilitating swelling in arms, legs, hands, feet, trunk, genitalia and neck can occur resulting in chronic debilitation. Lymphatic Venous Anastomis (LVA) is a surgical process which redirects lymphatic fluid away from impaired or blocked areas and directly into bloodstream. Researchers are investigating HIFU as an adjunct therapy to LVA in order to increase success rate of operation by speeding lymph drainage process faster and decreasing post-surgical swelling/bruising.

Lifts Eyebrows

An unsightly sagging brow or heavy, hooded eyebrows can leave you looking tired and angry, but don’t go under the knife just yet if this describes your appearance. An RF eyebrow lift is a noninvasive solution which delivers powerful results by lifting and smoothing skin around the eyes for a rejuvenated and youthful appearance.

RF technology provides a more gentle alternative to surgical brow lifts by harnessing energy to stimulate collagen production and tighten skin. Similar to giving your body a workout, consistent treatments may lead to long-term benefits for permanent lifting and tightening effects.

RF energy’s pulsating oxygenation action also assists with decongesting puffy eyes and diminishing dark under eye circles by increasing circulation to dilute pooled fluid and reduce puffiness. Furthermore, this may boost current under eye products by helping them penetrate skin more easily.

As we age, the muscles beneath our brow and skin tone weaken, leading to its downward sliding and lines appearing across our face. Botox is an effective nonsurgical treatment option to soften forehead lines, soften frown lines and lift eyebrows for a refreshed, natural-looking rejuvenation effect. However, as any noninvasive procedure it should only be administered correctly by licensed aesthetic dermatological clinics such as LaserAway for optimal results.

Selecting a provider who understands the muscles that control brow and facial structure will help ensure you will get natural-looking results from brow lifting surgery. Experienced providers can give subtle yet effective brow lifts that enhance any other facial cosmetic work you are having done and can give an effective brow lift that complements facial features while complementing other cosmetic work performed on you.

Improves Skin Tone

High frequency treatments offer one of the best ways to achieve a glowing and healthier complexion, whether that means brightening, smoothening or just toning skin. Non-invasive, safe and painless procedures increase oxygen to cells while clearing away toxins from the body – not only that, they tighten and tone skin as well as reduce puffy eyes, increase lymph flow, lift eyebrows and improve fine lines and wrinkles!

HIFU (High-intensity focused ultrasound) is an ultrasonic technology that uses ultrasonic waves to deliver energy directly into tissue in order to raise its temperature and activate other biological interactions in an entirely noninvasive manner. It works similarly to how sunlight can be focused onto small areas of land to start fires – the latter method provides for immediate results!

Clinical study participants underwent 3-months of monopolar radiofrequency treatment (6 sessions at 2-week intervals). Punch biopsies (3 mm) were collected from periorbital and nasolabial areas of their faces before, during, and three months post treatment, showing clear improvement of skin tightening, rhytides, as well as histopathological changes in collagen content and synthesis.

Results were evaluated by two doctors and by a volunteer on a scale from zero to five (5 being no change, 1 mild change, 2 moderate changes and 3 good). Both doctor evaluations and volunteer satisfaction ratings improved with treatment, which was statistically significant using KH2 analysis. Hematoxylin-eosine staining of the epidermis showed increased proliferation of cells at both the end of treatment and 3 months posttreatment which indicated monopolar RF’s ability to contract and remodel collagen, thus tightening of skin tightening effects on skin tightening.

Kelly Research Technologies

Kelly Research Technologies has pioneered cutting-edge technologies that offer industries services to increase energy efficiency and mitigate environmental degradation. For instance, their air pollution control innovations help businesses increase production while decreasing carbon footprints.

KRT is a second generation family business committed to manufacturing and distributing top quality radionic and psychotronic instruments. Their founder, Peter Kelly, was an innovator in subtle energy technology.

Energy Management Systems

An effective Energy Management System combines real-time monitoring, automated optimization and predictive insights with real-time control to help facilities reduce energy waste while optimizing onsite generation. An EMS can bring significant financial benefits such as reduced utility energy costs and monthly charges while also contributing towards environmental sustainability by decreasing carbon emissions.

As well as cutting energy costs, an EMS provides operational improvements that improve overall facility efficiency and productivity. A smart BEMS (Building Energy Management System) can reduce peak power consumption to avoid expensive demand charges and optimize equipment performance during non-production hours, while an EMS may incorporate clean energy assets like solar or battery energy storage systems in order to further lower electricity bills while decreasing fossil fuel dependency.

Modern EMS systems feature submetering and IoT sensors to provide precise monitoring that enables businesses to identify inefficiencies early and take preventative action before they balloon into large energy waste issues. They may also incorporate utility rate awareness to avoid higher electricity prices during peak usage periods and lessen strain on power grids.

Advanced Energy Management Solutions are built for maximum flexibility to adapt to future energy requirements. They can easily be expanded to incorporate Home Energy Management or Community Energy Management for entire communities, thus creating an integrated energy solution that improves building, home and electric vehicle charging infrastructure performance while supporting microgrid technologies for greater resiliency against utility disruptions.

After implementing an energy management system (EMS), many manufacturing facilities typically experience 15-30% energy cost reductions, due to improved demand charge optimization, equipment efficiency improvements, and eliminating energy waste during non-production hours.

Solar & Wind Power

Solar and wind power are familiar clean energy technologies, as well as some of the cheapest. Their rapid deployment – they can be installed quickly on rooftops or wind farms in months – makes them essential components of creating a global net zero power sector this decade (as represented by International Energy Agency’s Net Zero pathways).

Solar panels harness sunlight’s radiation into electricity using photovoltaic cells, while wind turbines create electricity from atmospheric pressure variations. Both renewable sources contribute significantly to environmental protection by decreasing our dependency on fossil fuels while fighting air pollution and climate change globally.

Solar and wind power industries are flourishing, thanks to technology innovations lowering costs and fulfilling their promise of cleaner energy sources for the future. Wind and solar generation costs have decreased faster than any other source over the last decade and production is anticipated to increase further as costs decrease further.

Wind and solar provide air quality and public health benefits by replacing coal and natural gas generation, which contribute to criteria air pollutants, greenhouse gases, and premature deaths in the United States. Just in 2022 alone, wind and solar avoided emissions that would have resulted in approximately 1,200-1,600 premature deaths due to air pollution caused by natural gas and coal generation.

Both renewable energy technologies have minimal environmental impacts and maintenance requirements, making them suitable for both urban and rural settings. Rooftop installations may be built as part of buildings or on existing farmlands with landowners reaping financial returns for leasing out their property for power production purposes. Larger wind and hydro projects may have negative impacts on birds and fish populations while solar plants construction could disrupt desert habitats.

Battery Innovations

Battery energy efficiency provides extended device runtimes, reduced environmental impacts and cost savings across industries. Businesses can contribute to global sustainability efforts through improving battery energy efficiency; however, realizing this potential requires overcoming challenges like material limitations, degradation over time and thermal runaway. To overcome these hurdles researchers are exploring new battery technologies while developing and deploying advanced battery management systems.

New materials used for cathodes and anodes can help improve battery durability and performance, while solid-state batteries provide increased safety, reduced fire risks, higher energy density and faster charging speeds than their liquid-electrolyte counterparts.

Many electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers are testing battery technology on their vehicles. Unfortunately, EV battery production is currently dominated by lithium-ion manufacturers; as these larger companies continue to focus on developing their existing chemistries it may be hard for startups and smaller players to gain traction in this competitive industry.

Studies are ongoing into battery innovations made with less-expensive materials. Zinc batteries have recently seen great popularity as energy storage solutions due to their competitive manufacturing costs and superior cycle stability – read about this emerging technology on our blog post Zinc Batteries: An Old Player With New Tricks.

As the world transitions towards renewable energy sources, advancements in battery technology have become essential. By improving battery efficiency, renewable sources can be stored and distributed as needed to meet peak demand; furthermore, green energy can easily integrate with existing electricity infrastructures – creating an eco-friendly future with low carbon emissions. These innovations are driving sustainable, low carbon growth.

Sustainable Materials

In order to maximize energy efficiency, materials must be sustainable throughout their entire lifecycle. This means they should be recyclable or reusable, utilize less energy during production, generate no pollutants or emissions that damage the environment, and be sourced sustainably – something which can be difficult considering raw materials are essential components of human life and economic development. Researchers are therefore developing technologies which produce materials without harming natural ecosystems.

Upcycling is one way of creating sustainable materials; by recycling unwanted items for other uses. Recycled glass makes an economical, long-lasting building material while simultaneously reducing landfill waste. Rammed earth uses indigenous soil for stable structures with earthquake resistance; sheep’s wool provides highly effective insulation material; green roofs offer both insulation and biodiversity benefits; while recycled paper combined with concrete produces lightweight yet insulating papercrete materials.

Future energy harvesting and storage devices should employ eco-friendly materials. With growing awareness of energy conservation comes increased research into bioinspired bidimensional (2D) and nanomaterials such as graphene and phosphorene that are suitable for batteries, supercapacitors and other electrochemical energy harvesting and storage devices such as supercapacitors. Such materials have the ability to deliver high actuation force displacement drive voltage while meeting sustainability characteristics such as biodegradability and low environmental impact requirements – thus meeting SDG goals more easily.
