Vibrational Medicine – The 1 Handbook of Subtle Energy Therapies

People typically turn to subtle energy healing when traditional methods for treating physical, emotional or mental health challenges no longer seem effective. Practitioners employ techniques such as feng shui, qigong, acu-yoga, ThetaHealing and assemblage-point balancing.

Some modalities, such as color healing, sound healing and reiki can fall under more than one category; others, like meridien work and healing touch have specific hands-on approaches.

What is vibrational medicine?

Vibrational medicine, also referred to as energy healing, refers to any practice which analyzes and provides solutions for subtle energies underlying health conditions by analyzing subtle energies underlying them. Such practices range from Feng Shui and Qigong to Reiki, chakra healing, theta healing, assemblage-point balancing and more – some involve hands-on healing while others entail distance healing modalities – but all share an understanding that our physical bodies and subtle energy bodies are intertwined and that all healing comes through working with energy fields.

Subtle energy practitioners specialize in noting, tracking, diagnosing, and moving energy – the information or vibration which makes up disease and imbalance as well as being the basis of wellbeing and health. Vibrational medicine practitioners rely on intuition to recognize what information or vibration lies at the core of client issues before administering energy with the intent to shift it.

If a client is experiencing a rash, its source may lie within their subtle energy system – perhaps an unwanted emotion that gets trapped in their meridians and creates disharmony reflected on the physical body. A session using EFT can release this trapped emotion so it flows freely again through their meridians to bring balance back to their energetic system and eliminate the rash.

All practitioners of vibrational medicine rely heavily on their intuition for guidance during sessions. Unfortunately, intuitive abilities may become clouded by beliefs or preconceptions about certain topics or the influence of entities (ancestors, deceased loved ones or spirits guides); negative influences such as interference or dark forces could also obstruct this path to accurate answers.

Part 3 provides a wealth of tools and techniques for maintaining or restoring equilibrium to energy anatomy systems such as fields, meridians and chakras, including how to keep yourself energetically clear while strengthening energetic boundaries to protect yourself against energies that might drain you. A must read for anyone offering or receiving vibrational energy therapies! You will discover ways to keep your own energy clear and flowing as well as strengthen intuition and protect yourself against energies that might drain away energy that should stay put!

Subtle energy therapies for health

Many healing traditions believe in the existence of subtle energy fields within and surrounding the body, sometimes known as biofields, which determine health in terms of their overall flow and balance; any imbalances or blockages could contribute to illness. Therapies like Acupuncture, Healing Touch, Qigong and Reiki use this knowledge of these energetic currents to correct imbalances or promote wellness by sensing and manipulating their flow to correct them and restore wellbeing.

These practices often rely on anecdotal evidence or traditional healing techniques instead of rigorous scientific research for their foundation. Their methods vary, though most involve either moving hands over the body, or no contact whatsoever, in order to stimulate, strengthen, direct or redirect energy within it. Although limited scientific research exists regarding such practices, some studies have demonstrated their potential effectiveness at relieving stress, pain and other symptoms.

Subtle energy therapy utilizes low-energy pulsed electromagnetic fields to increase circulation, boost immunity, reduce inflammation and balance your energy field. The BioCharger utilizes this form of subtle energy therapy by emitting low-voltage waves that resonate with natural frequencies found within your body and improve healing while also elevating mood and improving overall wellbeing. Although safe for most individuals, pregnant mothers or those who possess electronic pacemakers should avoid it as this form of subtle energy therapy could prove hazardous to both of these aspects of health.

Though these therapies have yet to be scientifically verified, many patients report positive results such as reduced stress levels, pain management, and improved sleep quality. According to the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Medicine’s anecdotal evidence suggests these therapies can promote relaxation as well as have beneficial effects on immune defense systems that act against disease; multiple studies have also revealed their ability to help alleviate symptoms associated with cancer or chronic pain conditions.

Subtle energy therapies for healing

Subtle energy therapies use low-level electromagnetic fields that interact with the biofield of the body to accelerate healing and increase vitality. Light, pulsed electromagnetic frequencies and low voltage all belong to this category of vibrational energy therapies.

Subtle energies have long been a cornerstone of esoteric and alternative medical theories, typically used to explain health conditions that cannot be explained through scientific theories. According to proponents of such ideas, subtle energies operate “between” physical reality and its mental or spiritual equivalent – something scientific theories simply can’t do justice. Advocates believe these energies can be harnessed through ritual or other practices for healing, self-improvement or social transformation.

Traditional healing modalities based on postulated forms of subtle energy include acupuncture, homeopathy remedies, Healing Touch, Qigong and Reiki. These healing systems may use energy fields or directed human intention that are difficult to study using traditional scientific research methodologies and may not even be explicable by current science.

Some of the benefits claimed for these modalities can be traced to electromagnetic fields produced by our brain, heart and immune systems, or to cell ionization processes in our bodies. Others rely on unsupported and speculative claims about meridians being linked with specific emotional or physical symptoms or that the mind can alter our natural electromagnetic field.

However, these modalities do not have sufficient scientific evidence backing them up, yet there has been growing interest in this field of study. The Subtle Energy Funders Collective has conducted and analyzed 418 clinical trials of energy healing techniques and created pocket guides that compile them in plain English for easy reading – distilling all this research into insights that provide clarity into their effectiveness for general health improvement and pain relief.

The BioCharger(tm) generates light, frequency and voltage designed to enhance your body’s natural biofield without touching your skin directly. These frequencies are generally safe for most people and can be combined with other therapies to speed healing processes, ease pain relief and boost vitality levels.

spooky2 scalar digitizer

Spooky2 provides four primary biofeedback scan methods: pulse scan, GeneratorX contact mode scan (TENS scan), Sample Digitizer scan, and Scalar Digitizer Hunt and Kill. A Sample Digitizer scan offers a straightforward method of scanning biological samples without physically touching them.

Scalar digitizers are among the most sophisticated Rife machines available, using frequencies identified by Royal Rife and Nikola Tesla to heal pathogens.

Rife Modulation

Spooky2 is widely known for their Rife technology-based devices, which proponents believe can restore body’s energetic balance and facilitate healing. Rife frequency generators reportedly emit scalar waves which penetrate cells to destroy pathogens and promote overall wellness. The device may be used alone or combined with other healing modalities; its most popular feature being biofeedback scan utilizing scalar energy that analyzes response to frequencies to identify imbalances and determine what frequencies may best benefit our bodies.

A scan is performed with a combination of generators and scalar digitizers connected via BNC cable, one generator sending out scalar signals into the body while detecting responses via the other device; all data collected in this manner can then be recorded by software for further use in creating customized frequency programs; this feature can especially help those suffering from chronic illnesses that are difficult to diagnose.

The spooky2 scalar system is both affordable and user-friendly, available for purchase online with extensive customer service available to back it up. Could a New Study Reverse Aging?

new study reverse aging

No one disputes that some people age more slowly than others, but can slowing or even reversing that aging process lead to improved health?

New research finds that chemically reprogramming cells to their younger states works. This finding opens the door for whole-body rejuvenation; however, this alone won’t stop all diseases or injuries associated with ageing.

1. Transcriptional factors

No one disputes that some individuals live remarkably healthy lives even into their ninth or tenth decade, while others succumb to age-related diseases much earlier. This disparity reflects both how quickly a person ages as well as the rate at which molecular damage accumulates over time; scientists refer to this variation as biological age; it has been linked with several chronic illnesses including cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Though aging cannot be stopped entirely, there are ways to help slow it down such as getting enough restful sleep, eating nutritiously and remaining physically active. And now scientists have begun discovering methods of actually reversing this process in living cells–at least those still alive!

Transcription factors could hold the answer. Transcription factors regulate gene activity by binding to specific sequences of DNA. Most transcription factors act as activators, though others can act as repressors. Furthermore, their activity is affected by multiple factors including their environment, DNA accessibility and interactions with cofactors.

blank

Transcription factors bind to promoter regions of genes to direct RNA polymerase and initiate transcription, producing and translating into proteins which form the building blocks of cells.

Researchers wanted to discover how transcription factors might influence cell activity, so they conducted studies of human fibroblast gene activity (fibroblast cells are cells found lining body tissues). Through their investigation they identified 200 transcription factors associated with the process of aging.

The team then altered four transcription factors in aged fibroblasts one at a time. Their findings demonstrated that increasing levels of EZH2 and E2F3 caused cells to proliferate more quickly, improving function that typically declines with age, without DNA damage or mutations arising as a result. This suggests transcription factors could serve as potential targets for drugs that prevent or treat various age-related conditions.

2. Stem cells

Stem cells serve as the body’s raw materials; they’re the precursors from which other specialized cells with specific functions are produced. Stem cells possess unique capabilities for producing different kinds of cells that can then repair damaged tissues or organs – this ability makes stem cells an exciting aspect of regenerative medicine and whole-body rejuvenation therapies.

Embryonic (pluripotent) stem cells are one of the first and most versatile cell types found within our bodies; these embryonic (pluripotent) cells can develop into any cell type. Adult stem cells found in bone marrow and fat tissues also give rise to various cells types but with limited capabilities compared to embryonic ones. Hematopoietic stem cells in bone marrow maintain blood cell production while mesenchymal cells take care of tissues such as muscles, bones cartilages and fat tissues. Researchers have successfully converted regular adult cells into pluripotent pluripotent stem cells by altering their genetic material; these induced Pluripotent Stem Cells can treat many different diseases or conditions

Stem cells provide another benefit of stem cells: immune-regulatory properties. Stem cells can help strengthen your immune system function by decreasing chronic inflammation associated with age-related conditions and protecting against oxidative stress – which damages cells and accelerates aging processes – protecting you from further cell damage while delaying premature aging processes.

blank

Studies are ongoing to find new therapies using stem cells for conditions such as diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, heart failure and osteoarthritis. Stem cells are also being utilized as testing platforms before medications are given directly to patients.

Stem cell anti-ageing therapies may offer relief to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, restore skin elasticity, increase energy levels and bolster immunity systems. Furthermore, stem cells injections may improve joint function as well as mobility issues – often within weeks to months of treatment! To get optimal results from stem cell therapy injections choose a clinic that adheres to strict safety protocols to maximize results.

3. Proteins

Anti-aging products that promise to restore a more youthful appearance by reducing wrinkles or tightening jawlines do not provide real rejuvenation – yet scientists may have an answer that could do exactly that.

Researchers from Osaka University have identified AP2A1 as being key in the transition between young and aged cells, meaning blocking this protein could provide real relief against signs of aging and its symptoms.

Researchers discovered that AP2A1 levels were increased in stress fibers of senescent cells, which play an integral role in their movement and interaction with their surroundings. Furthermore, they discovered that both AP2A1 and the protein Integrin B1 strengthened cell-matrix adhesions – possibly accounting for their increased size in these aging cells.

The AP2A1 protein is linked with sirtuins, a group of enzymes that use NAD+ as fuel for energy production and DNA repair. They were first linked with longevity in yeast, worms, and mice; increasing activity of these enzymes extended lifespan in all three organisms. New research builds on these findings by showing how NAD+-boosting therapies could reverse aging processes in human beings and rejuvenate them more rapidly.

4. DNA

DNA is a long molecule in the shape of a double-helix that stores all living organisms’ genetic information. Humans, hamsters and hibiscuses all rely on it for survival; its coding sequence produces proteins which perform cellular functions that influence physical traits; its noncoding sequence regulates when, how much, and which form of protein production. When DNA breaks occur, some proteins that normally regulate gene expression move to help repair it – however if these proteins cannot return back into their original positions then gene expression changes may result in faster aging overall.

Complementary and Alternative Therapies for Cancer

Many cancer patients turn to complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), such as acupuncture, yoga, exercise and herbal supplements for additional support during standard cancer therapy treatments. While some CAM options can be beneficial, others could potentially interact negatively or even be dangerous depending on which medications they’re being taken with.

CAM claims are often made based on one person’s personal experience and do not undergo third-party verification by researchers, leading to false hopes and unnecessary fears.

Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an energy healing technique involving touching the body to promote relaxation and promote healing. Reiki may help ease discomfort associated with cancer treatments while alleviating associated symptoms; research supports its efficacy for cancer patients; however more studies must be completed.

Reiki is generally safe for most individuals and does not interfere with medical treatments like chemotherapy or radiation. Reiki is considered complementary therapy; that means it is used alongside standard care. Before engaging in any complementary therapies – including Reiki – be sure to speak to your health care team first, as some practices could interfere with existing medical therapies or pose other risks.

Studies have demonstrated the efficacy of hands-on Reiki to relieve pain, anxiety and improve quality of life for people living with chronic illness. Furthermore, Reiki was found to lower resting heart rate and blood pressure while simultaneously increasing self-esteem of individuals suffering from long-term conditions like fibromyalgia or arthritis.

UH Connor Whole Health conducted a recent study to test the efficacy of their Reiki programme for outpatients receiving infusion treatments at two of their infusion centres. Participants completed Edmonton Symptom Assessment System measures for pain, fatigue, anxiety, nausea and well-being both before and after receiving 15-20-minute Reiki sessions during their infusion treatments; results demonstrated significant decreases in symptoms as well as improvement in patient satisfaction with care.

blank

Although the results of this study are encouraging, it’s essential to remember that there is no scientific proof to back up claims that Reiki can prevent or treat cancer or any other disease. Only a handful of studies have examined reiki so far, and each had limitations that make drawing definitive conclusions difficult. We require additional research studies evaluating complementary therapies like Reiki.

Telling healthcare providers about any complementary therapies or side effects you are experiencing will ensure they have an accurate picture of your care. Many cancer treatment centers provide integrative cancer care; your physician could suggest complementary therapies that would be safe and suitable.

Massage

Massage involves having a trained professional stroke or knead the skin, muscles and tendons to try to relax them and alleviate pain or anxiety caused by cancer or treatment side effects. Massage also can be an invaluable way of connecting with others and feeling less isolated; some studies indicate it reduces nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatments.

Before beginning any complementary therapy, it is wise to speak to your physician first. They can give guidance as to which ones are safe and may help relieve specific symptoms. Many cancer patients feel anxious or overwhelmed; complementary therapies like hypnosis, mindfulness meditation or yoga may offer relief for such feelings.

Lymphatic drainage massage can be particularly helpful for cancer patients suffering from lymphedema. Lymphedema occurs when lymph nodes in an arm or leg become swollen after cancer treatment, and massage can help drain swelling while alleviating pain. Lymphatic drainage massage can be used to drain swelling away and relieve discomfort.

Research suggests that massage may provide relief to some of the more prevalent symptoms associated with cancer patients, including fatigue, muscle stiffness and depression. It’s thought this may be due to improved circulation and relaxation resulting from massage; additionally it could even prevent blood clots while decreasing swelling in arms and legs.

blank

Avoid very deep massage or massaging areas receiving radiation treatment. Informing the therapist if you suffer from conditions which cause frequent bruises or bleeding is also recommended, while massage should never be performed on inflamed or infected areas.

Although massage and cancer have received mixed reactions, it can still provide valuable support during your cancer journey. When searching for a qualified therapist to massage you, make sure they understand any specific challenges associated with massaging someone who has cancer; accredited organizations also provide training for therapists working with people living with cancer.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy uses oils in various combinations to alleviate mood disorders and enhance overall well-being, whether through inhalation or application to the skin or bath water. Aromatherapy has been practiced worldwide for centuries – centuries! Although its safety hasn’t undergone as much scientific scrutiny as other complementary therapies have, aromatherapy should still be safe if there are no medical conditions which would preclude its use, or an allergic reaction occurs; essential oils alone should only be applied topically at appropriate amounts as too much application could be toxic and lead to oversaturation of skin surface cells which may result in toxic conditions, with disastrous consequences; aromatherapy should never be applied topically as too much could become toxic and cause toxic oversaturation of skin surface cells which could result in serious illness resulting in its use being toxic in terms of its potential therapeutic properties compared with its counterparts complementary therapies undergoing extensive scientific testing as other complementary modalities; aromatherapy has long been practiced around the globe without fail to benefit any adversely. It hasn’t undergone as much scientific scrutiny; nonetheless it has long been practiced throughout history worldwide since antiquity when first introduced with its predecessor therapies such as aromatherapy itself not undergone due to limited scientific testing although it might have undergone similar circumstances or caused an allergic reaction from applying too many essential oil being applied directly onto skin over time due to too many essential oil being applied at once! It should only ever used when applied directly onto skin because essential oil can become toxic over time due to being applied directly onto it’s benefits being provided that it might whereas its counterparts having undergone scientific testing due to other complementary therapies however but remains safe despite not under scientific scrutiny when applied via diffuser as other complementary modalities having done extensive scientific testing as other complementary undergoing trials being used before becoming popular due its lack thereof being tested due its safety when other complementary induced to any medical conditions, making medical conditions being unsafe due it’s effects causing it could. – not applied on large quantities directly over – let go as other complementary causing allergic reaction by itself due to being harmless enough at least being considered safe enough on its use so much later being studied more scientific tests than others such therapies in general terms of being safe when other forms.

Complimentary and alternative medicines do not have solid clinical evidence proving they treat cancer or prevent its recurrence; however, evidence shows some complementary therapies can enhance quality of life during and post cancer treatments, helping manage side effects such as fatigue and nausea better than traditional therapies alone.

Some individuals opt for an integrative approach, which involves using standard therapy in combination with complementary medicines to address stress, pain and discomfort, as well as enhance overall wellness. Contrary to alternative medicine which replaces conventional treatment altogether, integrative therapies may be used alongside standard therapies to provide stress reduction, help alleviate discomfort and promote wellbeing.

Though there is no definitive evidence, numerous studies have demonstrated the efficacy of integrative therapies in helping reduce stress levels and enhance overall mood and sense of well-being during and post cancer treatments. They can also assist patients in dealing with side effects associated with chemotherapy and radiation therapies.

Whenever considering complementary or alternative therapies, speak to your cancer care team first. They can advise you which therapies would best meet your needs based on rigorous research findings, while also providing information on whether certain therapies might interact with certain medicines such as herbal products and cannabis. It’s always advisable to inform them of any changes in your health or wellbeing as soon as they arise, particularly if taking prescription medication.

Exercise

Many cancer survivors turn to complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), including yoga and exercise, to manage fatigue and other side effects associated with cancer treatment. Patients must find therapies that suit them individually as some CAM approaches have yet to be scientifically assessed and may prove ineffective or harmful; additionally, such practices could even interfere with standard cancer therapies.

Regular physical activity has been proven to improve many aspects of cancer-related outcomes, including fatigue, quality of life, muscle strength, cardiovascular health and body composition. Current oncology guidelines advocate exercise as part of treatment for cancer survivors during and after diagnosis/treatment; yet few people – healthy or those diagnosed – actually meet the minimum requirement of 2.5 hours weekly of moderate-intensity physical activity such as brisk walking.

Studies have suggested that incorporating complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) into cancer rehabilitation programs could provide an answer to this challenge by offering cancer survivors the opportunity to engage in structured exercises while receiving education materials on how to best integrate CIM into their lives. Unfortunately, most of these studies were observational, meaning their results should be taken with caution.

However, findings from one study indicate that exercise may lower cancer recurrence risks and improve survival for women who have breast cancer. This was a large, randomized control trial in which exercisers had 28% lower odds of either having their cancer return or dying than participants in health education groups.

Other observational studies have also indicated that cancer patients who maintain fitness programs may be less likely to be diagnosed with multiple forms of cancer and be more likely to survive their illness. It remains important for these findings to be replicated with more rigorous randomized controlled trials and verified.

Research continues into how best to incorporate complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies into cancer rehabilitation programs, but the National Cancer Institute provides information about some CAM therapies in its Physician Data Query (PDQ) database for both patients and health professionals, along with an overview of how CAM may influence overall wellness for cancer survivors.
